A journey through Meditation and Mindfulness 1 Day Course is an introduction to the basis of this life transformation practice. The Course is for beginners and for those who are looking for a refresher to motivate and begin a new chapter in Meditation and Mindfulness. If you don't have the time to commit to a full day Course and prefer to go at your own pace then the One on One 5 x 1 hour sessions may suit you.
We have been teaching this Course for 8 years and it is always evolving to meet the needs of the growing community. The Course includes a 28 Day Audio/Video Guided Meditation, Mindfulness and Mentoring Program to integrate the learning from the Course into a daily routine. If you enjoy Online learning at your pace, the Program is also design to give you a comprehensive foundation of knowledge, techniques with guided meditations to begin your home practice or help you ease into group meditations.
In addition to the Program we include 2 Flower Essence Blends from the Monad’s Divine Essence Range. These are specifically chosen to calm busy minds, reactive emotions and calm energy flow easing you into your Meditation and Mindfulness journey. As organic energy remedies they support overall well-being. They are offered as support only and not an essential to your practice.
The Course is a comprehensive foundation of the basis of Meditation and Mindfulness integrated with science validation of its many health benefits. The Course covers methods and techniques in theory and short guided meditations.
Our Events are offered at Sage Tree located on twelve acres of bushland. In this nature setting we will blend the outdoor and indoor in your practice, enjoying the calming effect of nature surroundings.
The 28 Day Audio Guided Meditation, Mindfulness and Mentoring Program
The Program is a summary of the Course spread over 28 days of practice with more content to build on the Course experience. It removes the challenge of putting it all together and finding resource to begin your practice. It provides daily simple guided meditations mentoring and affirmations that build your practice and concentration span. The first two weeks of the Program are daily practice of approximately 10 minutes. The third week stretches your concentration into 15 minutes of practice. The fourth week is 20 minutes of practice. At the end of the Program your mind would have moved into a routine that will enable you to continue to build these new mental muscles and attend group meditation classes to strengthen and grow.
Meet your Facilitators
Hi, we are Iva and Neil Parker-Puie, Founders of the Monad Centre of Balance – Meditation and Holistic Wellness Centre. We are qualified registered Meditation Teachers with the Meditation Association of Australia. Iva is a Government Qualified Holistic Counsellor in Flower Essence Mind Body Medicine, Certified Reiki Healer, Associate Certified Pranic Healer and Peter Hess Sound Therapist. Neil is an Associate Certified Pranic Healer, Massage Therapist and a sport trainer with knowledge of anatomy, recovery, and injury processes. Iva is a registered Therapist with the International Institute for Complementary Therapist.
We have been teaching Meditation and Mindfulness for 8 years running weekly classes and Meditation and Mindfulness Courses for beginners. Meditation and Mindfulness is a habit that is central to our way of life. Its an evolving process we enjoy as we learn more about ourselves, the world we live in and the spiritual realm this practice has opened our consciousness to.

3. The science of Deep yoga belly breathing. How does it regulate the Flight or Fight System survival conditions and the Rest and Digest System of relaxation and digestion supporting health and well
4. The basic methods and techniques of Meditation and Mindfulness:
- the Yoga Deep Belly Breathing Technique
- the sitting postures
- the Mudras or hand positions and their specific energy flows
- grounding and visualisation methods and its purpose
5. Meditation and Mindfulness is a journey of Self-awareness
- it expands Higher awareness of unhealthy mindsets and habits limiting your life.
- it cultivates a non-judgemental, detach and observing awareness to learn and grow through challenging or traumatic life situations
6. What is the purpose of a daily Meditation and Mindfulness practice?
- how does it open the heart’s loving kindness, compassion, gentleness, empathy, forgiveness and acceptance for oneself and others.
- how does it deepen concentration, focus, paying attention, mindfulness, higher intelligence, clarity, logic, rationality and being practical?
7. The basis of the Spiritual Body consisting of the 7 Chakra or Energy Centres, the Etheric or Aura Body and their effect on the Mind-Body health system
- explore each Chakra Centre, its colour, element, qualities and effect on the mind-body and spirit
8. Energy Cleansing of living spaces and personal energy supporting your practice and overall well-being.
- explore a variety of energy cleansing tools and methods i.e. smudging, essential oil, salt lamps, crystals and sound

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- There are no refunds to these Courses. If you are unable to attend please advise us 7 days before the Course to credit your payment to a future Course.
- There are no refunds or credit to late cancellations after the 7 days before an event or no show.
- In the likelihood of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the Course will be postponed to a future designated date and time that is safe to continue.
Catering
The 1 Day Course includes a vegetarian lunch and afternoon tea. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
Dress Mode and what to bring for in-person attendance
Dress comfortably according to season. For hygiene reasons please bring a throw rug if you feel the cold as you are lying down or sitting during meditation, Meditation mats, cushions and chairs are provided. Bring a water bottle and anything else to personalise your experience i.e. cushion, crystals or sacred objects.
Event Address and Parking
Our events are held at Sage Tree, 36 Gibbs Road, Nowergup a homestead settled on 12 acres of bushland. Drive down to the house, your see a carpark and large cream sheds on your left. If carpark is full please part on the grass before the cream sheds. Walk down to the house and continue down the left side, your see a sandwich board with Monad Centre pointing you to the Banksia Room where your find us.
