A healthy body is an asset it enables us to enjoy its strength, vitality, flexibility and well-being keeping up with the demands of living. Looking and feeling healthy plays a big part in our overall sense of wellness. Underpinning the health of your body and lifestyle is the condition of your mind. If your attention is focused on life situations that feed stress, anxiety, worries and fears then it is safe to say your life will reflect all the symptoms of these tendencies. Meditation and mindfulness are powerful tools in “Mind Body Medicine” as they create awareness of your mind and its habits, the light of your self awareness becomes the healing medicine restoring wholeness dissolving fear based conditions distorting your vision.
In a nutshell, ancient wisdom teaches us that our mind is the cause of all our internal and external dysfunctions, “What we think and desire in our heart becomes reality”. Science has proven this ancient knowledge through “Quantum Physics and Neuroplasticity”. These fields of science have discovered through research that our brain is not hard-wired and our DNAs are mutating continually according to our thought patterns. This means that whenever we change how we think, we create new neural pathways or modify existing thought patterns. This in turn affects the genetic print of the body as it mutates to the new vibration of thoughts you generate. How powerful and freeing is this knowledge? It means you have the power to create whatever you want and it all begins with expanding your self awareness and how to use your mind consciously.
Once you have got the basics under your belt you are then ready to begin your practice at home or join a meditation class to build on your knowledge and skill base and enjoy the support and fellowship of group meditation. Joining a group meditation class to deepen your experience is advisable in the early stage of your practice as it can be difficult to keep to a routine in the beginning. Meditation and mindfulness are recognize as healthy and scientifically proven alternatives to manage stress, anxiety, worry and depression with its main long term benefits of re-balancing thinking and habits. It is now medically accepted that negative thinking is the main contributor to many ailments on a psychological and emotional level. Meditation and Mindfulness for Beginners is a comprehensive program covering the foundation of these practices as outlined below. The program is delivered in 3 mini 2 hour classes you can arrange at times and dates that suit you or a 1 Day Workshop. Hand out notes are provided.

• Their origin to ground your practice into its spiritual nature, central to meditation.

Our events are held in our peaceful, calm and tranquil Soul Space furnished to support your experience. Events are kept at small manageable groups to increase one on one personal interaction that is lost in large events focused on a general theme.
Meditation and Mindfulness for Beginners are offered in 3 mini 2 hour classes providing the flexibility of choosing dates and times to suit your timeframe. Dress Mode and what to bring
Dress comfortably, our Centre has heating and cooling system. For hygiene reasons please bring a throw rug if you feel the cold as you are lying down or sitting still for an hour. Meditation Mats, cushions and chairs are provided. Bring a water bottle and anything else to personalise your experience ie cushion, crystals sacred objects.
We have free parking in the front and back of the Centre. Please park anywhere other than car bays that are assigned to businesses we share the premises with. Free parking on the road available.
