Welcome to the Evolving Mind in Heart Community Meditation Classes.
There are so many different Meditation philosophies, schools, and teachings in the World today. All provide many doors of learning and options to choose from depending on what you are looking for. There is no right or wrong, just opportunities to learn and evolve. Choose a practice that feels right for you and it may be a few until you find the right guide and group.
So, what kind of Meditation does the Monad Centre offer?
To explain this, we need to go back to its origin in my life and a little bit about my journey and purpose.
I am Iva your guide and the difference I bring to Meditation is I don't teach. I share what is natural to me and not a learned human experience. I was born Soul, not human and a lot of what I share in guided meditations were there in my childhood and grew into what I do today. As a child I was always anxious and would lose myself in nature to ease that feeling. Sitting in nature an inner quiet came over me and another awareness in a silence listening to a kind voice easing my anxiety. This communication continued throughout my life. I realised later the voice is my Higher Soul. For most of my life I listen and learned from my inner Soul what I had forgotten about me. Later I remembered my purpose that is now living through the Monad Centre.
The Meditations we have been facilitating since the Centre open in 2015 is naturally streamed from an Infinite Source. The meditations are always streamed in that moment of our group sitting together. In an altered state a knowing and higher connection to Source happens and meditation flows in an energetic transmission that has no external mind interference. The words carry vibrations I feel effect everyone and I am aware that this Higher Self knows what everyone needs in that moment. After the classes, some spiritual guidance comes through that expands other layer of Self-awareness. Meditation is a process that helps you remember who you really are. This re-orientates your whole thinking to what is real in you from what you were conditioned to be. This is the beginning of Soul-awareness and we are so excited to help you begin.
How long do Meditations run for?
The Classes run for 1 hour. It begins with a 45 minute of guided meditation accompanied by music or sound instruments and silence. It ends with a 15-minute Soul guidance and mentoring to expand Self-awareness and practical ways to apply whatever the group received in this sitting.
What to expect, wear and what do you bring?
Dress nice and comfortable. We provide chairs, meditation mats, bolsters, and cushions. The Meditation Room has reverse air-conditioning. Its difficult to meet everyone’s needs. If you feel the cold please bring a throw rug and pair of socks as shoes are left outside the space. Bring a bottle of water too. If you wish to mask or not mask that is respected as your comfort and wellbeing is important to us. We nurture group care and mindfulness, so everyone feels safe so please be aware of your group’s needs.
The power of group meditation is the joining of minds, hearts and intentions pooling the group energy as an accelerator for Spiritual development and integration. The combination of personal and group practice helps you to enjoy its benefits through group support, learning and sharing.

Joining a class can be a casual drop in-person or join us Online. To view times, prices and book your seat please click Evolving Mind in Heart Meditation Classes and choose from the Tuesday 6-7pm or Saturday 10-11am class.
You can also purchase a Meditation Membership offering discount for those who want to access meditation on a regular basis. There are various options from normal to concession card holders outline under each membership. To view the options, go to Meditation Membership
If you hold a Pensioner Concession or Healthcare Card please bring this with you when you attend your first in-house class. We accept driver's license, passport or house-bill with your name and address on it.
Cancellation and Changes to your booking
If you are unable to attend a class or need to change your class this must be made 12 hours before a class commences. Changes or cancellation after 12 hours will not be refunded and if you booked through your membership you will receive a notification advising your membership has been debit for the class. This allows classes to continue without late cancellations impacting their schedule. Please plan when booking a class to ensure you can meet this commitment.
We have free parking in the front and back of the Centre. Please Park anywhere other than parking that have signpost assigned to businesses we share the premises with. Parking on the road is also free.
