This Mini Series is for those who want to take control of their life and be the person they want to be instead of the conditionings and programs of others. The power of this Mini Series is the integration of Insightful Holistic Counselling and Spiritual Mentoring marry to the ancient Art of Meditation and Mindfulness. During the 3 two hourly classes we will open your mind to new levels of understanding. You will learn ancient wisdom and knowledge about the nature of the human mind and spiritual mind and how to integrate these aspect of your nature to evolve and expand your life from the inside out. We will take you through various processes and techniques for reprogramming your new stories that will create an authentic life reflecting your "True Essence of Self". We will share life experiences and skills that has transformed our lives so you see and feel the changes you are learning in our personal testimonials.
You will learn how to use your greatest asset "The Mind" to recreate yourself, create new healthy mind sets and habits creating a new vibration and state of mind to transition you from where you are to where you want to be. Its not a quick fix, so lets be realistic. It took time to get to where you are, it will take time to get to where you want to be. But when you are ready to make that "Conscious Shift", we can accelerate that transition with processes, tools, knowledge, wisdom, life experience, skills and support you as we share your journey to your True Essence.

Once you have got the basics under your belt you are then ready to begin your practice at home or join a meditation class to build on your knowledge and skill base and enjoy the support and fellowship of group meditation. Joining a group meditation class to deepen your experience is advisable in the early stage of your practice as it can be difficult to keep to a routine in the beginning.

A lite vegetarian lunch and sweets is provided. You are also welcome to bring your own food if you wish.
Dress Mode and what to bring
Dress comfortably; our Centre has heating and cooling system. For hygiene reasons please bring a throw rug if you feel the cold as you are lying down or sitting still for an hour. Meditation Mats, cushions and chairs are provided. Bring a water bottle and anything else to personalise your experience ie cushion, crystals sacred objects.
We have free parking in the front and back of the Centre. Please park anywhere other than car bays that are assigned to businesses we share the premises with. Free parking on the road available.
All healing processes offered at the Monad Centre should not replace any existing medical treatments or medications. They are supportive and complementary to the overall management of health and wellness. You should seek professional medical advice if ailments persist.
