Sometimes in the busy hustle and bustle of daily living, we lose sight of our Soul and what really matters. This Retreat is an opportunity to re-centre your compass and reconnect with your Inner Self. We invite you to step off that daily routine and take time out with nature in the company of like minded Souls and facilitators to heal, nourish and be in touch with your Inner Self. The weekend is all about you.These Retreats are "Pauses" to attuning to your Spiritual Self in "Heart Space" and be in your universal loving flow again. They are design to open you deeper to your spiritual nature where true healing occurs. For this reason the program is adapted to the needs of the group as we feel and sense the shifts and accommodate the activities to maximise the benefits of growth, clearing and integration of Soulful experiences. While we have put together a nurturing program its entirely up to you how much or how little you want to engage.
The Summer Meditation and Self Love Spiritual Retreat is the fourth of the Four Seasons Retreats. Each season will have its own unique theme relating to Meditation and Self Love with a Spiritual attunement. The seasonal themes of these retreats is to reconnect more mindfully with heart in the flow of our Nature and Spiritual Worlds that is our natural medicine and resource that supports our lifestyles.
Summer is the most powerful mind flow of the masculine seasons that began with Spring the height of vibrant mental creative energies of renewal and new beginnings bursting through new growth, new life flowing in the buzzing of outdoor activities. Summer is the zen of power as our Earth now bathe in the glorious radiance of the Sun and charged with light is in full production mode to feed life during this peak growing season. During this time life is at its maximum creative force producing food and energy to for growth. Summer also fills Nature's larder with nourishment to sustain life in its dormancy clearing and resting cycles of the feminine seasons that follow. The masculine seasons are known as the mind seasons as it is during this time the sun stimulates the Chi or vital force energising the body, stimulating mental creative activities of ideas, inspirations and exciting our emotions motivating us to action.
During this action season we are drawn into external activities enjoying the uplifting fuel of sunlight and making the most of this power season to push through projects, goals and plans seeded in the inner solitude of Autumn and Winter or to continue building on long term ongoing activities. This season is a time we can tune into our Soulful nature and mindfully with heart work on our Soul purpose using the maximum potential of our Masculine mind flow energies to accelerate our growth on our path.
For this weekend, leave behind your routine of life and give yourself permission to be present to experience your inner Self more fully outside of external distractions and obligations. Soul connection is subtle and it requires full presence with the stillness of mind and openness of heart to experience it. This Retreat is about you and the value you gain from it is the priority you give to nurturing and empower your Inner Self with your loving attention. What you learn and experience renews your essence of Self and what you take away from this retreat are new healing tools, processes and wisdom to sustain self awareness and self care.
Welcome to Moondyne your Retreat
Moondyne Lodge is nestled on the hills in the Avon Valley National Park overlooking the Avon River surrounded by bushland to walk, explore and enjoy the healing of nature. Moondyne is an hour's drive from Perth with all the creature comforts of Chalets with ensuites with central heating and surrounded by breathtaking views. Food is prepared from local fresh produce in the well stock kitchen by the owners themselves.
Meet your Hosts
Iva and Neil Parker-Puie – Founders of the Monad Centre of Balance – Meditation and Holistic Wellness Centre. We are Government Certified Practitioners in alternative therapies and natural medicine. We Facilitate Personal and Spiritual wellness events for healing and evolving an enlightened loving community. Spiritual Psychology is the foundation of our Holistic Healing Program where universal wisdom flows through all our services and relationship with the community. The expansion of human to spiritual awareness is fundamentally the permanent healing we evolve in others as knowledge is empowering.
We are seasoned practitioners with over 40 years of combined passion of inner studies in the universal field of spiritual psychology we have evolved in living meditative mindful lives. We facilitate 7 weekly Meditation and Mindfulness Classes that draw people of all ages from all walks of life and unique paths. We run monthly Meditation and Mindfulness Workshops for new comers providing an all round basic knowledge and experience of these practices. This enables people to enjoy the health and lifestyle benefits with understanding of their ancient roots, the science and psychology to the processes and techniques. The purpose of the Monad Centre of Balance is to provide a Safe Haven to grow a community with conscious enlightened minds with loving heart connection.

This talk will provide insights and practical guidelines of how to gradually change your daily routine to include care of Self with care of others. Both are essential to the balance of our we give and receive to setting clear boundaries that build trust whilst empowering you and all that share your world.

Registration includes all linen and all meals freshly made on the premises by our hosts from local organic produce. All Chalets have ensuite, heating with garden and bushland views. Shared Chalet are for 2 people sharing roomy Chalet with King single beds and in some 1 King and Queen size bed with ensuite. Single Chalet has King or Queen Bed and ensuite. All have garden and Avon Valley National Park views.

Event reservations are non-transferable to another person. Cancellation must reach us by email by 30 September 2022 for a full reimbursement. Any cancellation reaching us after this date and before 31 October 2022 will receive a 50% reimbursement of the total cost paid at that time. There will be no refund after this dateline as funds have been committed to running this event.
In the likelihood of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances you have the option of transferring your registration to a future Retreat of the same value or if the value is higher you will be expected to pay the difference or receive a full refund.
All meals are included in your registration cost: breakfast, morning and afternoon teas, lunches and dinners. Please let us know if you have special dietary needs for our Moondyne host to note. All meals are freshly made in the Moondyne kitchen with local organic produce.
WHAT TO BRING
Yoga mat for meditation in the garden if weather permits, insect repellent, throw rug, cushion, pen and notebook and an umbrella just in case. Good enclosed walking shoes and warm jacket to enjoy your bush walk.
Winter in the hills can be cool and wet so please bring warm comfortable clothing and if you have a rain jacket bring that along too.
