A Deeper Space of Presence
Heart Presence Meditation offers a deeper meditation space for those who feel ready to move beyond the foundations of practice and rest more fully in presence.
This class is centred in the heart. It is a space to sit in stillness, to listen more deeply, and to experience meditation not as something you do, but as something you live and embody. At this stage, the focus shifts from learning techniques to allowing awareness to settle and deepen in a natural and steady way.
As you sit with others who share an established practice, a quiet strength and connection begins to form. In this way, the space supports a deeper unfolding, both individually and collectively.
Heart Presence Meditation continues the meditation journey for those who have already established a foundation and regular practice. If you are new to meditation, we recommend beginning with the Meditation Foundations Course or the 28 Day Guided Meditation Program. From there, you can continue into Inner Quiet Meditation to build the grounding needed to enter this space with ease.fully experienced.

The Nature of the Practice
Meditation at this stage becomes quieter and more direct. It moves from doing to being.
As this unfolds, there is less effort in working with the mind and more ease in allowing awareness to settle. The heart becomes a place of listening, connection, and stillness.
You are not trying to change yourself. Instead, you learn to stay present with what is and recognise the deeper ground beneath thought and reaction.
Over time, the practice becomes something you live, not something you do.

How the Class Works
We hold each class as a small, steady group.
We sit together in stillness, allowing presence to deepen naturally. In this space, there is no pressure to share or participate in a particular way. You are free to meet the space as you are.
At times, sessions include gentle guidance, reflection, or quiet inner inquiry. However, much of the depth comes through silence. Through this stillness, awareness begins to open more fully.
For this reason, the class supports you to deepen your practice through consistency, shared space, and quiet mentoring.

About Your Facilitators
These classes are guided by Iva and Neil Parker-Puie, who bring over a decade of holding meditation spaces, alongside more than forty five years of personal practice and lived experience.
Their approach is calm, grounded, and human. Nothing is forced. Spacious and silence are part of settling in, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in your own way and in your own time.
They offer insightful mentoring and lived experienced within the group space, supporting you to understand your own experience and continue growing your practice with confidence. Self awareness and inner knowing are at the heart of their meditation and group practice. The classes they hold support the development of self sustainability, gently strengthening self reliance, acceptance, and self love as the foundation of meditation.
