Is your mind your servant or master? How much does it control you and everything in your life? Do you have to medicate yourself to escape it?
Why not give yourself a holiday from your mind. With Meditation and Mindfulness you learn how to turn down the volume, refocus your attention to create spaces of peace to think clearly, face life realistically and recreate your life from with yourself. You are the Centre of all your experiences thats the power we will help you find and take control of your destiny. You will learn to use your mind creatively and mindfully.
During this workshop you will learn the basis of these Mind and Life transforming practices to harness the true potential of your mind to create the life you want to live outside of fear base conditionings and programs that no longer serves you.
Enlightening your mind is feeding it with the right knowledge life skills and experiences that will free it to express your potentials and gifts. We have been helping hundreds of people on their path to mental wellbeing working with their minds to heal and recreate authentic expressions of themselves that in turn become their inner transforming power changing their outer life from within.
Be the change you want to experience, nothing new will come from what you already know. It will only produce what you are today. You can choose to move beyond your mind or stay there!
Once you have got the basics under your belt you are then ready to begin your practice at home or join a meditation class to build on your knowledge and skill base and enjoy the support and fellowship of group meditation. Joining a group meditation class to deepen your experience is advisable in the early stage of your practice as it can be difficult to keep to a routine in the beginning.

This event provides a light vegetarian lunch. You are welcome to bring your own food if you wish.
Dress Mode and what to bring
Dress comfortably, our Centre has heating and cooling system. For hygiene reasons please bring a throw rug if you feel the cold as you are lying down or sitting still for an hour. Meditation Mats, cushions and chairs are provided. Bring a water bottle and anything else to personalise your experience ie cushion, crystals sacred objects.
We have free parking in the front of the Centre and on the street. Please park anywhere other than car bays that are assigned to businesses we share the premises with.
