Anyone can meditate the only obstacle is your attitude!
These classes are for those who have done a little meditation and have an understanding and experience of the basis of meditation. There purpose is to develop and strengthen your practice, techniques and lengthen your mind's concentration span. They are also refresher classes for those seeking to take up meditation again. Meditation and Mindfulness are ancient alternative tools for transforming negative mental and emotional habits impacting overall well-being. They are organic, available to everyone, affordable and can be applied anywhere and anytime. The power of these rituals is how they change the way we think, expand self awareness and build healthy mindsets affecting new habits creating change from with ourselves.
The basis of meditation and mindfulness will be strengthened gradually over a series of one hour weekly classes running Tuesday evenings. The classes combine teachings, processes, techniques and their practical applications in 1 hour sessions. They will build your theory and practical use of meditations with clear understanding of their health, personal and spiritual evolving benefits. They will strengthen and lengthen the focus and concentration of the mind building up its ability to meditate for longer periods of time. On a practical level all these techniques will take time to develop and master so patience, persistence and practice are essential ingredients to succeed and enjoy these ancient arts for mental health.

If you are new to meditation and want to learn the basis of these practices we now offer two options outlined below:
The Mini Classes offered in 3x2 hour sessions provide flexibility to book your personal one on one sessions and pay for the full series or in 3 part payments. The mini classes are suitable if you have emotional and psychological issues you would like to work through your session. Soul Counselling forms part of the mini classes as issues affecting your well-being can be discussed so a greater clarity and self awareness of impacting situations opens your mind to new ways of seeing it also enables us to tailor your program to meet your needs. Dress Mode and what to bring
Dress comfortably, our Centre has heating and cooling system. For hygiene reasons please bring a throw rug if you feel the cold as you are lying down or sitting still for an hour. Meditation Mats, cushions and chairs are provided. Bring a water bottle and anything else to personalise your experience ie cushion, crystals sacred objects.
We have free parking in the front and back of the Centre. Please park anywhere other that parkings that have sign post assigned to businesses we share the premises with. Parking on the road is also free.
