The Tree of Life Meditation Plan is a program we have evolve to streamline our meditation classes into 2 specific levels to develop mental health, emotional balance, physical wellness and spiritual connectivity from the Root and Foundation of Meditation to the Canopy where knowing who you are, meditation becomes a tool to healing, support and elevate life in the world as you move into Soul service of others . The Plan is a progression of Self awareness and Spiritual awakening at various levels of self mastery. It help you choose the right level to begin your Journey to Self. The Plan enables us as facilitators to work with people at their level as oppose to open classes with various degree of meditation experience to no experience.
Meditation and Mindfulness classes we offer provide ancient teachings, knowledge, life skills and techniques to retrain, refocus and evolve your mind to what is relevant and essential in your quest for balance, wellness and happiness. Connecting with people of like minds and the cross-pollination of ideas and life experiences are empowering. If we are focused on enhancing our lives, we are more likely to succeed and even accelerate our progress alongside others who have the same intent or who have reached higher ground.

The next stage after the workshops is to begin a weekly practice at home and if you have booked a Plan with the Loyalty Card of 10 classes please activate this within a week so you can continue to evolve your knowledge and skill-base and enjoy the support and fellowship of like minded people. This helps you get your practice on the road as it takes away the stress of trying to put things together as we take care of this while you enjoy exploring your new found knowledge and skills. Group meditation provides the motivation and inspiration to support you at this initial start as this is where most people either excel or give up with the resistance of their mind to adapt to a new routine, new ideas, processes and exploring new territories of Self.

The Root and Foundation
Meditation and Wellness and Beginners Meditation and Mindfulness Class is recommended for anyone and are run weekly. These classes are recommended for those who have done the Basis of Meditation and Mindfulness for Beginners Workshop or have a basic understanding and practice of meditation. At the root and foundation level of meditation practice the mind is retrain with positive mindset, habits and processes. Rebuilding and growing a healthy image of one's Self is a major part of this foundation work. Spiritual Psychology is introduced at this level to re orientate the mind from external focus and identity back to the inner Self and the truth of one's spiritual origin and divine nature.
Mindfulness in Daily Living class is recommended for anyone. This class is recommended for those who have done the Basis of Meditation and Mindfulness for Beginners Workshop or who have done some meditation and know the basis of the practice. These classes focus on the Mindfulness strategies for cultivating focus, paying attention, being in the moment and more present with life as it is. Meditation techniques for cultivating mindfulness and self awareness are introduced as well as teachings to cement the learning and practice. The techniques and processes of mindfulness are beneficial for reducing stress, anxiety, worries, depression and any fear based mindsets.
Soul Illumination Meditation class is for advance meditators seeking to connect with like minded people to deepen their practice and be of service through group meditation for healing and evolving life. These classes focus more on Soul connection, techniques and processes for developing the spiritual bodies, moving higher into multiple dimensions of consciousness with deeper esoteric teachings expanding higher Soul universal awareness and loving heart Being. At this level the focus through meditation of the oneness of the group is to be of service in the Divine Plan for the greater good of all life in the physical world.
The monthly Full Moon Meditation is held in and around the full moon every month. For dates and times go to Full Moon Calendar. Some experience of meditation is recommended although they are open to anyone to explore. These monthly classes are high energy in their nature as channeled meditations are focused on the global community connection, making them very powerful transformational experiences for the individuals, groups and collective consciousness of people.
The Group Events we facilitate offer sustenance with a personal-development focus for expanding self and spiritual awareness the key ingredient to freedom and happiness. These events build and strengthen the “Core of Self” through self-mastery.
