Meditation is an evolving process, there are many levels tailored to the needs of individuals and how deep they want to immerse themselves in these self empowering and spiritual evolving rituals. Soul Illumination Meditation classes are for intermediate to advance students on the path of spiritual deepening and run weekly on Thursdays 6-7pm. These classes focus more on Soul connection, techniques and processes for developing the spiritual bodies, moving higher into multiple dimensions of consciousness with deeper esoteric teachings expanding higher Soul awareness.
Meditation and Wellness classes run weekly on Tuesday 6-7pm or Saturday 10-11am and are recommended for anyone as they are more focused on healing and integrating the mind, body and Soul. They provide processes and techniques to heal negative mindsets, habits and conditioning. They provide knowledge to increase self and spiritual awareness.
Mindfulness in Daily Living classes run weekly Wednesday 11-12pm or Saturday 1-2pm and are recommended for those who want to focus more on the Mindfulness strategies for cultivating focus, paying attention and being in the moment and more present with life as it is. Meditation techniques for cultivating mindfulness and self awareness are introduced as well as teachings to cement the learning of these practices. The techniques and processes of mindfulness are beneficial for reducing stress, anxiety, worries, depression and any fear based mindsets. This class also suits people who find it difficult to quieten the mind in meditation as guided mindfulness processes are shorter and more awareness based.
The monthly Full Moon Meditation focuses on global community connection using the energy of group gatherings for planetary healing. Some experience of meditation is recommended although they are open to anyone to explore. These monthly classes are high energy in their nature as channeled meditations are focused in the global community connection, making them very powerful transformational experiences for the individuals, groups and collective consciousness of people.
The Centre is furnished with Crystals throughout, we also burn incense, essential oils and spray flower essence as part of cleansing and adding a new level of energy in meditation.
The Group Events have a personal-development focus expanding self and spiritual awareness. These events build and strengthen the “Core of Self” through self-mastery. The retreats and workshops will increase your knowledge based on ancient wisdom adapted to modern living and application, knowledge, life skills and techniques.
