Meditation and Mindfulness are self reflective and self examination activities that reveal our nature, what we pay attention to and the effects of our attention. This awareness enables us to consciously choose where to direct our energy, time and resources to maximise the benefits of our creativity, resources and energy. While these practices have enjoyed popularity in complementary medicine they are now accepted as part of mainstream medicine. This is due to overwhelming scientific evidence and research in fields of science such as Quantum Physics and Neuroscience that have substantiated their natural positive effect of re-balancing mental disorder, negative habits relieving symptoms affected by unhealthy thinking. These ancient practices have an effect on developing positive mind states and habits supporting the longevity of well-being. They are self empowering, evolving and for most become the cornerstone of their lives as they find the joy and freedom and depth of spirituality taking their lives to so many dimensions of awareness and growth.
The Meditation and Mindfulness classes we offer provide ancient teachings, knowledge, life skills and techniques to retrain, refocus and evolve your mind to what is relevant and essential in your quest for balance, wellness and happiness. Connecting with people of like minds and the cross-pollination of ideas and life experiences are empowering. If we are focused on enhancing our lives, we are more likely to succeed and even accelerate our progress alongside others who have the same intent or who have reached higher ground. Meditation is an evolving process, there are many levels tailored to the needs of individuals and how deep they want to immerse themselves in these self empowering and spiritual evolving rituals. All meditation classes facilitated by Iva and Neil, founders of the Monad Centre. There are a variety of classes from beginners to advance running during the day, evenings and weekends.

Soul Illumination Meditation classes are for intermediate to advance meditators on the path of spiritual deepening. They run weekly on Thursday 6-7pm. These classes focus more on Soul connection, techniques and processes for developing the spiritual bodies, moving higher into multiple dimensions of consciousness with deeper esoteric teachings expanding higher Soul universal awareness and loving heart Being.
Meditation and Wellness classes run weekly on Tuesday 6-7pm or Saturday 10-11am. These classes are recommended for anyone. The focused of the classes are on healing and integrating the practice with spiritual knowledge and mentoring for building and empowering Self awareness. They provide processes and techniques to heal negative mindsets, habits and conditioning and healing and opening one Self to express who you truly are.
Mindfulness in Daily Living classes run weekly Wednesday 11-12pm and recommended for anyone. These classes focus on the Mindfulness strategies for cultivating focus, paying attention, being in the moment and more present with life as it is. Meditation techniques for cultivating mindfulness and self awareness are introduced as well as teachings to cement the learning and practice. The techniques and processes of mindfulness are beneficial for reducing stress, anxiety, worries, depression and any fear based mindsets.
Loving Awareness Healing Meditation is offered in a livestream broadcast every Tuesday 10am through Facebook. These are offered as a support and resource for the community to access any time if they are not able to tune into when we broadcast at this set time. It also meets the need of the community that are not able to attend meditation at the Centre for various reasons. The monthly Full Moon Meditation focuses on global community connection using the energy of group gatherings for planetary healing. Some experience of meditation is recommended although they are open to anyone to explore. These monthly classes are high energy in their nature as channeled meditations are focused on the global community connection, making them very powerful transformational experiences for the individuals, groups and collective consciousness of people.
Self Education is an essential aspect of Meditation and Mindfulness. Through the exploring of universal wisdom and knowledge the mind is fed with a new diet that expands and evolves understanding of Self, of Life and the environment we live in. This is the empowering quality of Meditation and Mindfulness, through universal knowledge we are empowered to be our true Self. The Group Events we facilitate offer sustenance with a personal-development focus for expanding self and spiritual awareness the key ingredient to freedom and happiness. These events build and strengthen the “Core of Self” through self-mastery. The retreats and workshops will increase your knowledge based on ancient wisdom adapted to modern living and application, life skills and techniques opening your mind to experience life in an explorative, adaptable, inquisitive joyful learning way that adds new vitality and excitement to learning new things. In ancient wisdom it is said meditation enables the meditator to form an energy link with its soul.
