Group Mindful Meditation - In-Person Classes
Meditation is a conscious and loving journey to knowing your Self
There are many different Meditation philosophies, teachings and schools in the World today. All are doors of learning catering to the diverse needs of people. There are no right or wrong, just choices of how we meet our needs. Choose a practice that feels right for you and know that you may move from one to another as you grow in this practice of self learning.
So, what kind of Mindful Meditation practice does the Monad Centre offer?
To explain this, we need to go back to its origin in the life of Iva your guide to understand the unique mindful meditation facilitated through the Monad Centre.
I was born with a connection to my spiritual nature I share in guided meditations evolved through my mindful meditative life that has always sought to explore the nature of Self and the infinite world I live in. As a child I was always anxious and would lose myself in nature to ease that feeling. Sitting in nature an inner quiet would come over me opening a natural expansive awareness. Listening to this inner awareness ease my anxiety with words that cleared the fog of emotions to see things as they are. This communication has continued throughout my life. I realised later the voice is the Higher Soul a higher aspect of my Self. For most of my life I listen and learned from my Higher Soul what I had forgotten about my Inner Self. Later I remembered my purpose that is now living and making a difference in the illuminating of human consciousness and loving relationships through the Monad Centre. I met Neil in my late thirties and found we had a common desire and interest in spiritual development. In 2015 we opened the Monad Centre of Balance to fulfil a Soul urging to help people evolve beyond fear based conditionings through mindful meditation, alternative therapies and self evolving group events.
The Meditations we have been facilitating since the Centre open in 2015 is naturally streamed from Infinite Source. The words carry vibrations I feel effect everyone and I am aware that this Higher Self knows what everyone needs in that moment. Spiritual guidance is shared after meditation to expand universal knowledge growing awareness and understanding of one Self. Meditation is a process that helps you remember who you really are. This re-orientates your whole thinking to what is real in you from what you were conditioned to be. This is the beginning of Soul-awareness that leads to freedom as you move out of limited conditions the cause of mental disorders and physical ailments.
Format of Meditation Classes
The Classes run for 1 hour. It begins with a breathwork to settle into being present and aware, follow by 35-40 minutes of guided meditation accompanied by music or sound instruments or without music. Closing with 10-15 minutes Soul guidance and sharing and Q and A.
