This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which the Monad Centre of Balance (“Monad Centre”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from you. This Policy applies to the Monad Centre Website and all its products and services.
We understand that privacy to your personal information is important and to ensure we meet our responsibility to protect your privacy, we have adopted the “Principles” being the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act (1988). The APPs regulates the handling of personal information. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the APPs.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit our Website, register on the Website, place an order, fill out a form, book a consultation and in connection with other activities, services, features and resources available through the Monad Centre. You may be asked for, as appropriate, your name, lifestyle, medical history, email address, mailing address, phone/mobile number, credit card information for the purpose of payment of services and products. Detail of your credit card is deleted once payment of goods has been cleared. We will collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

The Monad Centre uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by the Monad Centre or any outside party. All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate. All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data. eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by the Monad Centre.

We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect your personal information we collect.
