We understand that privacy to your personal information is important and to ensure we meet our responsibility to protect your privacy, we have adopted the “Principles” being the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act (1988). The APPs regulates the handling of personal information. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the APPs.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit our Website, register on the Website, place an order, fill out a form, book a consultation and in connection with other activities, services, features and resources available through the Monad Centre. You may be asked for, as appropriate, your name, lifestyle, medical history, email address, mailing address, phone/mobile number, credit card information for the purpose of payment of services and products. Detail of your credit card is deleted once payment of goods has been cleared. We will collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You also have the right to refuse to supply personal information, but we ask you to note this may prevent you from engaging in certain Website related activities.
How we use collected information
The personal information that we collect and may hold about you is dependent on your transaction with us. Generally we will collect, use and hold your personal information if it is necessary for or directly related to the performance of our functions and meeting of our responsibilities under various Australian laws and regulations. Sharing your personal information
We do not trade, or rent your personal information to others but in order to operate our Website or deliver a service we may sometimes share your personal information with our service providers. Our service providers are prohibited from using your personal information other than for the purpose of the services they provide to support the operation of the Monad Centre. In the event that we may on-sell our business it is common practice that the clientele of a business forms part of the good-will that is passed on with change of ownership. Storage of Information

Your personal information is stored in servers located in Australia for the purposes set out above.
When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.
The Monad Centre may at any time display third party advertisements, embedded and non-embedded hyperlinks, referral buttons and other pointers to internet websites operated by third parties or their licensees or contractors. The Monad Centre does not endorse or recommend the products, services or content of the advertisement nor accept any responsibility for the contents of any linked websites or any hyperlink contained within a linked Web Site. Any offer that you can accept by linking to the third party advertiser’s website and executing the relevant transaction is made by you at your own risk. The Monad Centre is absolved of any responsibility of any outcome as a consequence of your access.
The Monad Centre uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by the Monad Centre or any outside party. All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate. All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data. eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by the Monad Centre.
The Monad Centre at its discretion may update this Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this Policy. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect your personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
