Concession Flex Class Membership are for those holding Pensioner Concession and Centrelink Healthcare Cards
Please bring your concession card with you when you attend your first class to validate your membership. Concession Flex Passes will activate from the date of purchase so you can enjoy their full benefit within the expiry date. There is no extension outside of expiry date. You can pause your membership if you are not able to attend for a period of time. To pause and reactivate just email us.

Cancellation and Pausing of Memberships:
If you are unable to attend a class or need to change your class this must be made 12 hours before a class. Changes or cancellation after 12 hours will show as a debit in your membership account and you will receive a notification by email and text. This allows classes to continue without late cancellations impacting their schedule. Please plan ahead when booking a class to ensure you can meet this commitment.
