This Water element Age has seen emotional turbulence expressed in wars, religion, and the drive for wealth at the expense of planetary, abuse and devaluing of life that has been so evident in human relationships and global destruction of nature’s natural resources and the mass extinction of species. Soul Astrology is a new science that is growing in the Aquarian Age as we evolve into our Infinite state of God-Self. It is the study of the exchange of divine Life Force and its relationship as it expresses through the form worlds. It is also the study of the Source of what is appearing in the outer world as the effect. For example, the Soul is the Divine Life expressing its life through the human life so its energy presence can be seen, experienced, know and understood physically through experience. In our time many new science will come into existence as we evolve as a Soul race. These Science will educate the mass and evolve consciousness into the Enlightened Age of Aquarius. The new Science will expand what we know of our Spiritual nature as Science itself is the study of the Unknown in its spiritual nature. Science is already showing this quality today with the study of the nature of quantum physics, energy, the mind and consciousness.

The Science of the 7 Rays of Consciousness that effects the quality of the inner and outer life of Spirit

We are living during two major Cosmic Cycles collisions. The Piscean Cycle of masculine authority, materialism, individual focus now fading out of circulation. The Age of Aquarius and its Feminine and Air qualities is partly the driving force that is now breaking down the qualities of the Piscean Age as it expresses itself through the Loving, enlightened nature of Soul that is the quality of the Air sign of Higher Mind. This Age is restoring the balance of duality in aligning heart and mind to a conscious loving level of awareness in the mass affecting changes with individual to family, community, and global relationships. The hall mark of this Age is the Unity of working together, the Oneness connection of the Race and the birthing of a Higher evolved humanity. Spiritual education and awareness are expanding in the technological quality of its time and new Science validating the nature of Spiritual force, energy of that unseen world of mysticism.

Why am I covering this topic?

This Podcast is to share a Soulful understanding and awareness of the current events reshaping our world and human interaction and relationship. This meditation is an experience of how the practice of Metta can be integrated into your daily Selfcare program to continue to deepen and strengthen the stability to your Divine Self.

Metta in Pali or Sanskrit means Loving Kindness cultivated through meditation for Self and all being. This love does not discriminate between people. It just spontaneously gives for the joy of giving.

Metta is the first of the 4 Immeasurable or 4 Perfect Virtues on the Path to God Self that are:

Metta Loving Kindness – tenderness, grace, kindness, giving, forgiving, gentleness, softness, all embracing, all pervading

Karuna Compassion – benevolence, mercy, tenderness, grace, understanding

Mudita Sympathy or Empathy – understanding, caring, loving sensitivity of others

Upekkha Equanimity – calmness, composure, level headedness, self-control, presence of mind, balance, acceptance

Metta meditation, begins with cultivating the 4 virtues for your Self, then towards those you love ie family, friends to your wider community and environment to your enemies; and, ultimately, toward all living beings.

The 4 Virtues were taught by both Buddha and the great sage, Patanjali, in his Yoga Sutras as qualities that must be developed and cultivated on the Path to Self-Realisation as the ultimate quality of one’s Divine Nature. It affirms why Self-Love is the essential ingredient to the unification of the God-Self we are.

Series 7 : No one sits in judgement of you, but You

Our topic is a very relevant service of Self-Love to lay to rest during this major Spiritual Awakening process we are moving through. Judgement is a major hurdle to Self-Love and a disempowering mindset inherent in human needy fear-base relationships that no longer serve us.

Based on the human experience of love, we are condition to look to others to fulfil this need, to find security in things we own, to raising our status in life with career advancement to financial wealth and so on.

Judgement is disempowering who we are when we are not sure or grounded in our own true Self. We look to others to give us that security and validation of our ego base identity, worth, value, importance, purpose, success, credibility, unique and goodness to name a few.

This need creates unhealthy co-dependent relationships that:

Rely on the advice and guidance of others over our own inner wisdom, intelligence, and guidance and life experience
Our worth see-saws according to what others say about us
Our value is determined by how others value what we do, say or achieve or not achieve
As our need to fit, to be accepted, to be liked, loved and value becomes our drive-in relationships we don’t set boundaries for fear of cutting off this essential supply that gives meaning and purpose to our lives
Comparing ourselves to others is a judgement of not being good enough

The judgement of others is all about them. It comes from their conditioning, their life experiences, beliefs, culture, religion, education etc. If you judge others, look closely if that judgement is not hiding somewhere in your narratives and stories you tell as this affects you and what you attract.

Self-Love is the end of judgement, as love restores the Core of who you are as a Spiritual Being that is independent, self-sufficient, and self-directed. This Self-awareness frees you from external needs and validation as you find stability in your infinite inner power, worth and value the foundation of your authentic Self. This heals and builds healthy relationships that are independent and equal in the giving and sharing of each other.
