Welcome to the Monad Centre of Balance Pty Ltd (“Monad Centre”) Website, virtual and social media platforms. The Monad Centre provides services and products to you subject to the following terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers as amended from time to time at our discretion. The date of amendment and updates will be noted at the end of this document.
By accessing, browsing or utilising any or all of the services and products within or provided by the Monad Centre inhouse or online, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions contained herein. If you do not agree with the stated Terms and Conditions, the Monad Centre advises that you do not use the services.
The Monad Centre reserves the right to institute changes or amendments (effective immediately) to any or all of the Terms and Conditions contained in this document and to which, by your utilisation of the Monad Centre of Balance Website, and any other virtual platforms we operate ie APPs, YouTube Account, Podcast and social medias ie Facebook and Instagram you are bound by the Terms and Conditions we outline here.
The Monad Centre reserves all Copyright of Website content pertaining to all information, documents, graphics materials, photographs, images or videos. The same copyright also covers all documents, images music and content on our social media and virtual platforms The use of any content herein stated must be approved by the Monad Centre through a written request from you, and a response from the Monad Centre in writing.
Pricing of products and services on our Website, Virtual and Social Media Platforms are competitive and current. We reserve the right to alter these prices accordingly to align with price inflation in order to maintain competitiveness in the market and to continue to provide quality services and products.
The Monad Centre reserves the right to terminate access, refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion and at any time without notice.
Unauthorised use of a credit card, use of an invalid card and/or the provision of a false name and personal details will be considered fraudulent. All fraudulent activity will be subject to prosecution by the fullest extent of the law.
The purchase of products from the Giftshop in our Website Online Shop are only available within Australia. The Monad Centre will endeavour to fulfil its commitment to the stated delivery schedule of purchased items but cannot guarantee to meet scheduled delivery times on all occasions. Delivery times are an approximation that does not take into consideration unforeseen delays experienced by Australia Post or any carrier we contract to deliver goods.
An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a product at the price and delivery charges specified on this Website. Please note we do not take back orders. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason. Prices and products and delivery charges, and product and service availability are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time without notification. To efficiently process your order, you must submit your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and the expiry date of your credit card. You must provide accurate personal details and information. Your contract with the Monad Centre is operable when we advise that your order has been accepted and receipt of your payment is confirmed.
SHIPPING – AUSTRALIA WIDE ONLY
- After placing your order online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your details. Confirmation of receipt of your order normally occurs within a few minutes from when you place your order.
- All items will be shipped within 2-4 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. If items are not available, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements of a refund or exchange at the same value and if more we require you to settle the difference.
- Shipping rates are calculated by size, weight and destination of order within Australia and ship by Australia Post or other carriers as required.
- We use the Australia Post Express Service that requires you to a be available to sign for your product. This allows us to receive a confirmation you have received your goods.
- All items will include an email or text advice of your tracking number to enable you to track your purchase.
- You are given the option express post or pickup at our physical location at 3/48 Winton Road, Joondalup. We will call you to arrange pickup time. Pick up must be done within 7 working days.
- It is important that you double check your postal address before you complete your payment. We do not refund or replace products shipped to incorrect postal address entered by you on our Website or confirmed by email.
Exchange of Goods
In the event that you received an incorrect item that we have sent in error please contact us within 14 working days and we will respond with an email of approval of return. Please return it in the box it was sent in including the details of your chosen item and we will make that exchange. Proof of purchase should accompany the posted item. If the amount of the exchange varies from the original product you will be required to pay the difference.
Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund or replace products for incorrect orders being placed by you.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or is faulty please call or email us. Damaged or faulty goods will be promptly replaced, exchanged or a full refund issued.
This Policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used or damaged after delivery or any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken, these are not refundable.
Stipulation for payments of Events:
Inhouse attendance to events
If you are attending any events personally please follow payment process as indicated under each event. These vary according to the type of event we run. As you can appreciate the organising of events of any kind takes time, energy and financial resources and therefore cancellations have conditions you must note and comply with before you register. The conditions are found under Description when you book into an event Online. In the case of booking at the Centre we will advise you of the booking stipulations and confirm by email and add you to our APP so you can track your event and manage cancellation from there. The APP will also send you reminders to keep your event in your radar as well as giving you an update of all activities of the Centre.
Online courses and webinars
For downloads of Online courses or webinars please read through the contents relating to these so you are informed of what you are buying. We have a no refund policy to these services. Cancellation and Refund for Events:
All cancellations must be made in writing or email. A full refund or credit to another event is available for applications that reach us 60 days before the event. A fifty percent refund or credit to another event is available for applications that reach us 30 days before the event, after 30 days no refund can be given. All credits to future events must be to an event of the same value and if the value is more you are expected to pay the difference.
Cancellation of appointments:
Changes to therapy appointment times and dates as well as cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your appointment. Changes and cancellations to therapies made after this time will incur a 20% fee to cover administration and loss of revenue due to late cancellation. Limitation of Liability
The Monad Centre will in no circumstances, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damages or loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, punitive, special, or consequential.
Where the Monad Centre is unable to exclude liability for breach of Terms and Conditions of any implied warranty by virtue of any statute, then its liability shall be limited to any one or more of the following:
If the breach relates to products where error is on our part (this service is in Australia only):
- The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods.
- The repair of the goods.
- Payment of general postage of repaired or replaced goods to the client.
If the breach relates to Meditation, Therapies or Event services:
- We will endeavour to rectify your concerns with you with the objective of coming to some agreement that you are satisfy with.

The Monad Centre will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Website, virtual and social media platforms, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
