Full Moon Meditation Circle
“In silence the soul remembers itself” – Rumi
A Quiet Return to Community
These circles began in 2015 as a place for people to pause, breathe and remember what feels true within themselves. These circles have an internal and collective humanity healing and evolving focus. After a period of rest in 2023, the circle returns with a clearer purpose.
This next chapter continues the same intention that guided its early years, now held with deeper understanding. It offers a steady space where people can slow down, listen inwardly and meet their own presence with kindness. The group energy has naturally evolved to now hold space together.
Why We Meet at the Full Moon
The full moon is a natural moment of brightness. Its position in the sky brings the whole face of the Moon into view, and this often reflects a similar clarity in us. Many people notice their feelings rise more openly at this time. The mind becomes more receptive to insight, and the heart softens enough to release old tension.
Each full moon carries a unique quality of energy, consciousness and emotion affecting life at all levels. These qualities are like stepping stones, guiding us into deeper awareness. Sitting under its reflective light can ease surface turbulence, quieten the mind and help us return to life feeling lighter and more centred. Shedding happens with more ease when there is clarity, and these moments often illuminate what is ready to fall away.
As we settle into calmer states of being, we support more than our own wellbeing. The steadiness we embody moves gently through our relationships, homes and communities. These gatherings honour this natural shift, allowing clarity, balance and healing to unfold in their own timing while we sit together in heart presence.

About Your Facilitators
Iva and Neil Parker-Puie co-facilitate these gatherings. They bring more than a decade of holding community meditation, circles and retreats, shaped by over forty-five years of personal practice and lived experience. Their grounding comes from doing their own inner work, recovering from childhood trauma, and learning how to live from clarity rather than pressure.
They offer guidance that is quiet, steady and soulful. Nothing is forced. People are given room to breathe, to settle, and to reconnect with themselves in their own timing. Their shared experience creates a supportive field where reflection, emotional balance and personal insight can unfold naturally.
