Meditation is a Journey of Inner Awareness to Knowing your True Self

The 28 Day Meditation and Mindfulness Mentoring Program (Program) is a self pace for those who need flexibility and enjoy learning at their own speed. It is suitable for newcomers who wish to establish a strong foundation and over time build a steady meditation practice. The Program offers simple, practical guidance, gently building skills and confidence. It is a guide rather than a fixed structure. We all learn differently. We encourage a repeat of lessons as needed until a daily routine starts to form. As you begin what matters most is that you understand and experience your practice in your own unique way.

The program unfolds over four weeks of daily learning, combining methods, techniques, guided meditations, mentoring and affirmations that support mindfulness. Meditations are offered with and without music allowing your awareness to settle in a quiet space. In its natural state, meditation quietens the mind and draws awareness inward, easing the shift from outer distraction into inner quiet and being with your Self.

Time allocations are approximate, allowing flexibility. Each week begins with a short introduction, followed by theory and meditation to support direct experience. The depth and benefit of the practice comes from applying what you learn mindfully throughout the day, allowing meditation to move from a practice into a way of living. Each lesson concludes with a Mindful Affirmation to anchor your learning into a the day.

What is the Outcome of this Program

As the weeks unfold the Program gradually evolves your higher mental abilities such as presence, mindfulness, openness, focus attention, logic, rational, intuition to peaceful, calm qualities of your natural higher mental abilities.  As a heart centred Program you may experience loving, caring, compassion, kindness, gratitude, empathy and deeper heart wisdom and connection. Relationships change as you move out of fear based conditionings and mindfulness and loving qualities create bridges of caring and nurturing connections. These are just some of the benefits you will enjoy as you grow in your practice.

Lets prepare to ease into Your Program

As you prepare for your first week, a little organisation will support your practice. Choose a quiet space with minimal interruption. If you live with others, let them know your meditation time so they can support your need for stillness. This simple preparation helps the mind settle into a new routine.

Morning meditation is ideal, as the mind is more relaxed and less distracted. It sets the tone for the day and supports a mindful way of meeting each moment. If mornings are not practical, choose a time you can realistically commit to.

Your practice nourishes the mind and heart, shaping healthy habits that carry into daily life. Consistency supports this rhythm, while flexibility allows space for life as it unfolds. We look forward to accompanying you on through the Program.

A Heart-Based Foundation

Your 28 days unfold gently across four themed weeks.

Week 1 – Foundations 10-12 minutes
Guided meditation combined with mentoring and breath awareness, grounding, gentle visualisation, and body awareness. These elements ground and re-orientate your attention to the present moment and cultivating mindfulness and self-awareness.

Week 2 – Subtle Awareness 15 minutes
Introduction to the 7 energy or chakra centres and the ethereal body. The relationship of these energetic energy systems to the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of our nature.

Week 3 – Meditation Pathways 15 minutes
Building on Week 1 and 2 we explore the 5 types of Meditation and Mindfulness and their methods.  These are Mantra Meditation, Sound Meditation, Mindfulness or Zen Meditation, Metta or Loving Kindness Meditation and Crystal Healing Meditation

Week 4 – Living Meditation 20 minutes
Bringing all your learning together in this last grounding week of your Program. You will also explore the nature of the Violet Flame energy as in an energy visualization meditation. General topics such as energy cleansing, food, clothing and sickness are lightly covered to end your Program.

Each week builds gradually, so your experience deepens without pressure.

A Personal Note

Meditation was never something I learned. It has always been a natural part of me. From a young age I was drawn to quiet places in nature, where I could sit, breathe, and return to a deep inner peace. In those still spaces I discovered a gentle inner knowing that soothed fears and settled the mind, helping me return to life feeling safer, clearer, and more aware. Over the years this pull toward silence has never left me. It has deepened and carried me through many seasons of life.

Meditation became my natural way of living consciously, something I later recognised more clearly through learning about the life of Buddha. While it is a “practice” for many, for me it has always been a life-nurturing and self-sustaining way of being. It is a heart-centred returning, a quiet coming home to your Self, here in this moment.

I created this Program because many of our meditators and therapy clients wanted ongoing support beyond a single course. They wanted time, guidance, and gentle encouragement to allow meditation to truly become part of their daily lives. This Program was born from that need.

Continuing Your Practice

To sustain your rhythm over time and beyond the 28 days, you may wish to join our weekly Meditation classes in-person (online classes available in March).
