At Monad Centre of Balance we offer a calm and respectful space where you can speak openly and be heard without judgement.
Many people arrive carrying emotional strain, life pressures, or a quiet sense that something within needs attention. Our role is to listen carefully and support you as you begin, or continue, your journey of recovery and personal renewal.
Recovery, Restore and Self Sustainability Wellbeing is the outcome of our heart and client-centred services.
Our work is supported by professional mental health training and more than forty five years of lived experience in personal healing, meditation, and spiritual practice. This allows us to walk beside people through emotional recovery, personal change, and spiritual awakening with steadiness and care.


Creating Your Living Plan
Healing and personal growth rarely follow a fixed path. For this reason we work with what we call a Living Plan.
A Living Plan is a flexible and practical pathway that adapts as your awareness grows and your needs change. Rather than following a rigid treatment model, we explore together what is asking for attention and shape a supportive plan that reflects your current stage of life.
For some people this includes counselling and recovery planning. For others it may involve energy healing, meditation, or spiritual mentoring. Many people combine several approaches over time as their journey evolves.
If you have an existing NDIS plan we can also explore how our services may support your wellbeing goals.
What These Services Support
People seek support for many different reasons. Some arrive during difficult periods of life, while others come seeking deeper understanding or personal growth.
Our therapies may support:
- PTSD and trauma (including patterns passed through generations)

Our services complement clinical and medical care. If you are experiencing acute crisis or need urgent support, please seek clinical or emergency care first. Our work supports ongoing healing and integration alongside those systems.

How Our Therapies Work
Our therapies can be experienced as individual sessions or combined over time as part of a Living Plan. Many people begin with one service and later explore other approaches as their awareness and needs evolve. The sustainability of a mindfully nurtured recovery or supportive healthcare plan is its ability to grow with you as you build your resilience and inner stability in your journey.
Each therapy offers its own doorway into healing. When woven together in the Wellness Packs and include meditation or an event they create a deeper and more supportive pathway for emotional recovery, personal growth, and spiritual understanding.
