The Monad Meditation Pathway

Meditation at Monad has evolved to meet the needs and honour the growth of these changing times.

Inner Quiet Meditation has been the foundation of this practice for over a decade, supporting many to reconnect the mind, emotions, body, and self, and restore balance in their inner and outer lives.

Meditation at Monad is a holistic journey that brings together the practical and spiritual aspects of being human. While it supports mental and emotional wellbeing, it is grounded in a deeper awareness of the self, where spirituality is lived as part of everyday life.

At its heart, it is a return to the spirit of oneself. Much of what people carry can be traced to a disconnection from this inner centre. This is not a clinical process, but an ancient pathway of remembering, reconnecting, and coming into a more honest relationship with one’s own being.

As the community and the world continue to shift, the practice has naturally deepened. Meditation is not static as it grows with you over time. Through this awareness grows, moving beyond managing the mind into understanding the deeper nature of self.

For this reason, our meditation is offered as a pathway, supporting both those beginning and those ready to move into a more grounded, heart centred, and soul aware way of being.

We offer In-person in Perth and online across Australia and New Zealand connections so distance does not separate those who feel called to this space.

Readiness for Classes

Inner Quiet and Heart Presence are not introductory sessions.

They are spaces for practice, reflection, and shared presence. For this reason, we ask that participants have an established foundation before joining. This may come through attending the Meditation Foundations Course, completing the 28 Day Program, or through an existing personal practice.

Having these basic skills in place allows each session to move beyond learning techniques and into deepening awareness, strengthening presence, and exploring the inner journey in a more meaningful way. This helps maintain the integrity of the space for all who attend.

A Pathway to Inner Balance and Stability

Meditation Foundations Course and the 28 Day Guided Meditation and Mindfulness Mentoring Program.

This is the place to begin if you are new to meditation, returning after time away, or wanting to re establish a steady practice.

The Meditation Foundations Course introduces the essential elements of meditation in a clear and grounded agenda in small group settings. The 28 Day Guided Meditation and Mindfulness Mentoring Program we have created supports this learning and helps bring meditation into everyday life. Through regular guided sessions, it builds consistency, confidence, and familiarity with the practice.

The 28 Day Program can also be taken on its own for those who prefer a flexible, self paced entry.

Together, these create a strong and supportive foundation that allows your meditation practice to grow with stability and confidence.

Inner Quiet Meditation

Inner Quiet fortnightly classes is the first step of ongoing practice within the pathway. Offered in-person in Perth and Online.

This is where meditation begins to move from something you learn into something you live. With regular practice, awareness naturally deepens. You begin to recognise patterns in thinking, emotional responses, and behaviours that may have been operating unnoticed.

Through this awareness, a gentle rebalancing begins. Old habits soften. New ways of responding and relating to life start to emerge. There is often a growing sense of calm, clarity, and steadiness.

Inner Quiet offers a grounded and consistent space to support this stage of the journey. It allows you to build a relationship with yourself that is more honest, more aware, and less driven by reaction.

Over time, meditation becomes less about doing and more about allowing space and being present with what is.

Heart Presence Meditation

Heart Presence fortnightly classes is the natural continuation for those who have become more established in their practice.

Inner Quiet Meditation has been the foundation of this practice for over a decade, supporting many to reconnect the mind, emotions, body, and self, and restore balance in their inner and outer lives.

This meditation is centred in the heart. It supports a deeper listening, a quiet openness, and a growing connection with a more expansive awareness that sits beyond the personal mind.

It is also a space of shared presence. People gather not only for their own deepening, but to sit together in a way that supports one another and contributes to the wider field around them. There is a natural understanding that how we hold ourselves inwardly has a far-reaching effect.

This space often draws those who are no longer seeking to fix themselves, but are learning to live from a deeper knowing within, and who feel called to explore their place within a larger unfolding of life.

Full Moon Meditation circle

The Full Moon Circle brings the pathway into a shared collective experience.

These monthly gatherings have been part of the Centre since its early years and have grown alongside the community. They now hold a deeper intention, supporting both personal reflection and collective awareness.

The Full Moon Circle offers a space to pause, reflect, and align with the natural rhythms of life. It is also a space where people come together to consciously hold and work with the energies present at that time.

These gatherings support a sense of connection beyond the individual self. They invite a quiet participation in something larger, held through stillness, awareness, and shared presence.

The Journey in Essence

Meditation at Monad unfolds as a gradual and natural journey.
Beginning with learning the foundations.
Deepening through Inner Quiet, where awareness grows and life begins to rebalance.
Over time opening into Heart Presence, where the focus shifts into being, connection, and deeper knowing.
Expanding through shared spaces such as the Full Moon Circle, where meditation becomes something held together.
Each person can enter where they are and continue in a way that feels steady, supported, and true to their own experience.
