Winter Soul Deepening & Nurturing Retreat
Friday 17 – Sunday 19 July 2026
A return to the ground beneath your life, resting in the heart of Self
Winter is the heart of the feminine seasons of self-care. It is the season of the art of letting go, a natural inward pull that invites us to release the noise, slow our pace and rest into deeper layers of our being. As daylight shortens and the nights grow longer, nature draws inward to replenish its strength. Our bodies and hearts respond in the same rhythmic way.
Winter draws us inside our homes to enjoy the comfort of log fires, warm food, a book, inner quiet and to heal and restore the tired places inside us. The watery element of this Yin season can heighten emotions, drawing to the surface what we hold in the busyness of external demands and schedules. Here you can lay down your melancholy, tiredness or quiet vulnerability, ease into stillness and simply be. When met with compassion, these emotional movements become gateways into deeper understanding.
This retreat is created as a spacious sanctuary where you can sit in nature until the inner noise empties and breathe in the presence of silence. What you experience here renews your essence, steadies your inner life and guides you to maintain that authenticity as you return to daily living.

A Retreat for Those Ready to Rest More Deeply into Self
This retreat is for those who have already begun their healing or spiritual journey and now feel ready to rest more deeply into themselves. It is not a light weekend away. It is a distilling sanctuary for people who sense a quiet inner calling to pause, ease back into their inner life, and listen at a deeper level.
We welcome those who are tired, stretched thin, quietly overwhelmed, or aware that something inside is changing and needs space to be honoured. Many who come have cared for others for a long time and recognise it is time to tend to their own spirit again. Others come to centre into their own self giving allowing their heart to nurture and self-care without guilt or shame.
Gathering with others who value sincerity, depth and presence creates a safe, grounded field of support in togetherness. There is space to breathe, to feel, and to as you are.
