Inner Quiet Meditation are heart-centred classes to step out of busy doing life, responsibilities, holding others, demands of the work routine to return to your Centre and rest in your inner peace. This space is open to all whether you’re exploring meditation for the first time, seeking immediate support, longer-term practices, or simply a place to rest and be held.
The classes offer guided meditation with life mentoring evolving self awareness, emotional balance, mind-body connection and inner calm. You will experience an ancient practice that settles the mind, ease emotional pressure allowing you to sit in your own essence of Self.
Peace, mindfulness, kindness, stillness, allowing, observing, reflecting, inner inquiry and just being in the flow of whatever is happening are all innate qualities within us all. Meditation is simply a door through which you re-experience these natural states we have forgotten with the demands and busyness of external life. It all begins with quietening your mind to feel, hear and experience these subtle aspects of your authentic Self.
You are not discovering something new, you are returning to who you in your truest essence.

Who This Class Is For
This class is trauma-informed and heart-led. It supports:
- Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted or emotionally stretched
- Navigating grief, life change, identity transition or uncertainty
- Experiencing burnout or caring for others while rarely being held themselves
- Seeking calm, self-awareness and inner steadiness
- Wanting to deepen or begin a meditation practice in a gentle way
You may be completely new to meditation or have years of practice. Everyone sits together with equal value, dignity and presence.
How the Class Works
Meditation here is not something you have to master. It is a guided, mentored process where you learn how to access your own capacity for presence and calm.
Classes include:
- Heart-Centred Guided meditation
- Mind-body awareness
- Simple grounding and breathing practices
- Gentle emotional processing through reflection
- Support to apply practices in daily life
You will learn the “how” and the “why”, so you understand what you are doing, not just following along. Classes are experiential, supportive and steady.
All online sessions are recorded, so you can revisit them anytime as an ongoing resource.

About Your Facilitators
Iva and Neil Parker-Puie co-guide these gatherings. They bring more than a decade of holding community meditation, circles and retreats, shaped by over forty-five years of personal practice and lived experience. Their grounding comes from doing their own inner work, recovering from emotional strain, and learning how to live from clarity rather than pressure.
They offer guidance that is quiet, steady and human. Nothing is forced. People are given room to breathe, to settle, and to reconnect with themselves in their own timing. Their shared experience creates a supportive field where reflection, emotional balance and personal insight can unfold naturally.

$100 for 5 Class Pass – Valid for 3 months
