Holistic Counselling and Mind Body Medicine supports the whole person. It recognises that thoughts, emotions, physical tension, family history and life experiences all influence how we feel. Healing becomes possible when these parts of life are understood together.

This therapy brings simple and familiar practices together. We use conversation, gentle breathing, grounding, awareness of the body, emotional processing and everyday self care strategies. These approaches help you understand yourself more clearly. They help you feel more settled and confident in your daily life.

The key element of Holistic Counselling is to create with you a practical pathway of healing and build self trust that with the right support you will move towards your goals. It empowers you with knowledge, life skills and support to build your ideal self sustainable lifestyle.

Your story is held with care. Together we explore where disconnection may sit. It may be within yourself or in your relationships or in your cultural identity or in your surroundings. We support you to reconnect with your natural inner strength and sense of belonging.

How sessions work

We often begin with simple practices that help the mind and body slow down. This might include gentle breathing or grounding your attention or noticing where tension sits in the body. These familiar practices settle the mind and create space for clarity.

From here we explore what is arising for you. This may include

If talking becomes heavy we shift into quieter work. For in person sessions flower essences may support emotional release and clarity. For online sessions guided meditation or nature-based visualisation creates calm and spaciousness.

Your Therapist

I am Iva Parker Puie. I have walked a lifelong journey of spiritual practice, inner healing and personal transformation shaped by childhood and intergenerational trauma. This lived experience is supported by training in counselling, mental health coaching and energy healing.

This combined pathway allows me to meet you where you are and support the emotional physical mental and spiritual layers of your unique healing journey.

Regular, ongoing sessions allow space to work and move through deeper-seated patterns and long-standing challenges, supporting steadier progress and more sustainable change over time. Therapy Booking Process

All therapies are offered by appointment only. Sessions are booked in two steps. First select and purchase your chosen therapy. Once your booking is received, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable session time.


At this stage of our reopening, therapy sessions are primarily offered on Saturdays and Sundays as we gradually move back to weekly services this year.
