A Space to Settle, Reconnect and Grow Into Presence

Inner Quiet Meditation invites you into a more settled relationship with yourself. Within these classes the focus gradually shifts from doing meditation to resting in a deeper awareness that is already present and natural.

These heart centred classes support those who have begun their meditation journey through the Meditation Foundations Course, the 28 Day Guided Meditation Program, or their own personal practice, and are looking for a space to strengthen, deepen, and stay connected.

Here, you are gently supported to step out of the pace of daily life, rest, reflect, and reconnect with your centre. Classes are small for the intimate experience of group sharing and connection.

The practice supports a reconnection between the mind, emotions, body, and inner awareness. It is not something you need to master. Instead, it is a guided and mentored process where you begin to access your own capacity for presence and calm.

Through this, you may start to recognise that stillness, clarity, awareness, and self connection have always been within you. Meditation simply creates the space for these to be experienced again. Over time, your practice becomes more familiar, more steady, and more integrated into how you live and respond to life.

Who This Class Is For

This class is trauma-informed and heart-led. It supports:

  • building on the foundations of meditation with guidance and group support
  • feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stretched
  • navigating change, grief, or uncertainty
  • experiencing burnout or holding a lot for others
  • wanting to deepen connection and self awareness through regular practice

You be returning after time away, or you may already have a practice and are seeking a space of shared connection. Everyone is welcomed equally, with care, dignity, and respect. There is no expectation to be a certain way here. You are met where you are.

How the Class Works

Each class is guided, steady, and supportive, offering both structure and space. Sessions include:

  • heart Centred Guided meditation
  • mind-body awareness
  • simple grounding and breathing practices
  • reflection and gentle self inquiry
  • practical ways to bring awareness into daily life

There is also space for quiet sharing and reflection for those who wish to stay. This is always optional and allows a deeper sense of connection and shared understanding within the group.
This class supports you to not only experience meditation, but to continue developing your practice with guidance, consistency, and community.

About Your Facilitators

IThese classes are guided by Iva and Neil Parker-Puie, who bring over a decade of holding meditation spaces, alongside more than forty five years of personal practice and lived experience.

Their approach is calm, grounded, and human. Nothing is forced. You are given space to settle, to breathe, and to reconnect with yourself in your own way and in your own time.

They offer gentle mentoring within the group space, supporting you to understand your own experience and continue growing your practice with confidence and self awareness. Self awareness and inner knowing are at the heart of their meditation and group practice. The classes they hold support the development of self sustainability, gently strengthening self reliance, acceptance, and self love as the foundation of meditation.
