Introduction
Meditation Foundations has grown from many years of guiding meditation and supporting people through healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. What began as a simple workshop has evolved into a grounded learning journey. It now includes a full 1-day training experience supported by a 28-Day Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Mentoring Program, so meditation does not end when the day finishes. It can gently become part of everyday life.
Many people come to meditation seeking calm, emotional balance, clarity, and a deeper connection with themselves. Meditation supports all of these through refocusing your awareness to its internal compass to remember who you, come back to your inner peace, quiet, stillness, intelligence, wisdom, kindness toward oneself gently restoring balance from within. When approached in this way, it becomes deeply supportive and often life-changing.
The 28-Day Program has been created to help you continue with confidence. It reflects what you learn during the Course and takes it further, offering guidance, daily meditations, and loving support so you do not have to work it out alone.


Heart-Centred Foundations
This Course follows a heart-based approach to meditation. So much of the disconnection people feel begins when the heart becomes overwhelmed, wounded, distant and gradually disconnects in self protection. Returning to its warmth, compassion, honesty, and truth naturally restores emotional healing, clearer awareness, and calm inner strength.
Loving Kindness is a foundation of of the practice and honours the ancient roots of meditation. It reminds us that meditation is not simply a technique or a copy strategy. It is a living, human, spiritual experience that nourishes the inner life, eases emotional strain, and supports how we relate to ourselves, others and our world.

The Program will help you integrate all you have learnt in your Course. After completing the Course, you will receive a link to download the full Program sessions to your computer or mobile. This allows you to use the program at your leisure, without access restrictions or any website issues interrupting your practice.
The Program offers simple, structured daily guidance that reflects the flow and delivery you experienced at the Course, helping you ease into a steady daily routine. The key elements you learnt are included, along with new knowledge, methods, and techniques that add variety and depth. This Programhelps ground meditation as part of your everyday living, not just a one-day experience.

Your Facilitators – Iva and Neil Parker-Puie
Iva and Neil Parker-Puie co-guide these gatherings. They bring more than a decade of holding community meditation, circles and retreats, shaped by forty years of personal practice and lived experience. Their grounding comes from doing their own inner work, recovering from emotional strain, and learning how to live from clarity rather than pressure. Registered Meditation Teacher with the Meditation Association of Australia.
They offer guidance that is quiet, steady and human. Nothing is forced. People are given room to breathe, to settle, and to reconnect with themselves in their own timing. Their shared experience creates a supportive field where reflection, emotional balance and personal insight can unfold naturally.
