Heart Presence & Soul Living Circle Guidelines & Shared Values
The Heart Presence & Soul Living Circle is a monthly gathering for those who feel drawn to deepen their spiritual awareness, strengthen their connection with the heart and explore what it means to live as a conscious heart aware Soul.
Through meditation, reflection and meaningful conversation, we explore life beyond the stories of the past, concerns of the future and circumstances of everyday living. We learn to see our human experiences through a different lens, one that brings us closer to our inner wisdom, understanding and true nature.
The Circle welcomes those who are awakening to, or already exploring, their spiritual nature and wish to deepen that awareness in everyday life. There is no expectation to speak or share. Each person is welcome to participate in a way that feels natural and comfortable.
Creating a Supportive Space Together
To maintain a respectful and welcoming environment, we ask participants to:
- Honour confidentiality and respect the personal experiences shared by others.
- Listen with openness and curiosity, without judgement or the need to advise, fix or change another person’s experience.
- Respect different perspectives, spiritual beliefs and individual journeys.
- Share from personal understanding and lived experience, allowing conversations to move beyond the circumstances themselves into deeper reflection.
- Participate in ways that feel authentic and comfortable.
- Follow facilitator guidance and keep phones switched off or on silent.
The Spirit of the Circle
This is not a traditional discussion or support group, nor a place where we teach people what to believe.
Our human experiences are welcome, but rather than remaining absorbed in the stories themselves, we explore what they reveal when viewed through the awareness of the soul. Through shared wisdom and reflection, we begin to recognise the difference between being caught within an experience and observing it from a place of greater understanding.
These are conversations that open the heart, broaden our perspectives and encourage us to bring spiritual awareness into everyday living. No particular spiritual knowledge or experience is required, only a sincere openness to exploring life more consciously.

Our intention is to carry what we discover beyond the Circle, bringing greater awareness, compassion and understanding into our relationships and everyday experiences.
