Mental Health Planning and Wellness Coaching is an in person or online service offering structured, practical support for those navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, life transition or emotional overwhelm. Together we create a steady recovery plan that strengthens resilience, restores confidence and supports meaningful change. This work combines mental health planning, reflective guidance and compassionate accountability to help you move forward with clarity and stability.

This service works well alongside counselling, medical care and community support. It also helps when you are moving from treatment back into daily life and need structure and direction. We use step by step planning to organise daily tasks in a way that eases stress. These plans help when anxiety, burnout or depression make life feel heavy and unmanageable.

Everyone reaches breaking points at some stage. Planning helps you breathe through the pressure. It helps you remember self care and create a network of support around you. Healing is a shared journey with family, friends, community and various healthcare providers as a support network walking along side you on your healing path.

A personalised and flexible approach

Your experiences shape how recovery unfolds. Each session adapts to where you are on the day. There is no pressure to share everything. There is no expectation to move quickly. You choose the pace.

How sessions work

We begin with a few quiet moments to arrive into the space. From there we work together to create supportive plans.

These may include:

  • Recovery plans that clarify strengths and priorities
  • Self care and Wellness plans for personal care
  • Safety plans for times of distress
  • Advocacy support to communicate needs with services or family
  • Simple mindful practices to for overall wellbeing

These plans are simple and practical to begin sustainable healthy selfcare life routines. They also help your support network understand how to walk with you.

Your Therapist

I am Iva Parker-Puie, founder of Monad Centre of Balance.

My heart-centred healing service and support has grown through a lifelong journey of meditation, spiritual practice, inner healing, and personal transformation shaped through both lived experience and many years supporting others through emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges.

Having experienced childhood and intergenerational trauma myself, I understand deeply how life experiences can affect the mind, emotions, body, relationships, and sense of self. Alongside this lived understanding, I have trained in counselling, mental health coaching, meditation, and holistic healing approaches that support healing and personal growth in an integrated and compassionate way.

Over more than four decades, my path has continued to deepen through meditation, self inquiry, conscious living, and working closely with people navigating trauma, grief, emotional overwhelm, awakening, life transition, and the search for deeper meaning and connection.

Wellness Pathways are designed for those seeking consistency and deeper support throughout their healing journey. Regular ongoing sessions create space to gently work through long standing patterns and challenges, supporting steadier progress and more sustainable change over time.

These Pathways are suited to those who value continuity and wish to allow the therapeutic process to unfold at a pace that supports integration, recovery, and lasting benefit.

The Wellness Pathways also allow flexibility to integrate the range of therapies and support services offered through Monad Centre, creating personalised and supportive pathway.

Therapy Booking Process

All therapies are offered by appointment only. Sessions are booked in two steps. First select and purchase your chosen therapy. Once your booking is received, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable session time.

Therapy sessions are currently available Tuesday to Saturday. Session times are scheduled during Western Australian business hours and all online bookings operate in Australian Western Standard Time (Perth WA).

Suitable appointment times will be discussed during your initial contact and arranged according to availability and individual circumstances.
