We honour the time, energy, and planning that go into holding and attending our services. These policies ensure clarity, care, and respect for everyone involved.

Policy 1: Individual Therapies and Therapy Session Packs

THERAPIES: IN-PERSON OR ONLINE

Less than 24 hours’ notice	50% of session fee applies. Remaining credit may be rescheduled within 2 months.
No show (no contact)	Full session fee applies.
Late arrival (15+ minutes)	Session may be shortened or rescheduled; standard cancellation fees apply.
Practitioner cancellation	Sessions rescheduled or refunded at no charge.
Therapy Sessions Packs: The three- and six-session packs exist to support continuity and depth, allowing healing to stabilise, integrate, and mature beyond short-term relief or strategies.
Options	Policy
3 Therapy Sessions Packs	No Refunds after purchase; valid 2 months from date of purchase; Transferable to others. At our discretion due to personal circumstances refunds may be approved.
6 Therapy Sessions Packs	No Refunds after purchase; valid 4 months from date of purchase; Transferable to others. At our discretion due to personal circumstances refunds may be approved.

Online Sessions: If technical difficulties prevent the session from occurring, we will reschedule at no charge. If persistent issues occur on your end, standard cancellation policies apply after the first occurrence.

Policy 2: Events: Courses, Programs and Retreats – In-Person

Options	Policy
Cancellations or transfers 7 days or more before Courses and Programs	For Courses and Programs refund available minus $30 admin fee. You may transfer to a future course or program with any additional cost if applicable paid at transfer.
Cancellation or transfer 7days or more before Retreats	For Retreats refunds are available minus $100 non-refundable deposit. Retreats may be transfer to a future Retreat with additional cost (if applicable) paid at transfer.
Less than 7 days before all Events	No refund due to preparation and limited group size for Events. Credit or transfer to another event may be considered for medical or family emergencies with. You may transfer to another person within 48 hours of an event.
Cancellation by Monad Centre	Full refund, transfer, or credit provided within 14 days. Clients notified as soon as possible.
Minimum numbers not met	Participants will be notified by email 5 days prior and full refund or transfer offered within 14 days.
Payment plans	Payments must be maintained as agreed; sessions may be paused if payments fall behind.

Policy 3: Meditation Classes (In-Person or Online)

Single Session Bookings	12+ hours’ cancellation notice: credit transfer to another class (valid 1 month). Less than 12 hours or no-show: no refund or transfer.
Meditation 5 Class Packs No extension to expired cards	Valid for 3 months from purchase. No refunds after purchase. Cancellation notice for card bookings operate the same as a Single Session Booking above. Pause to card can be made by email [email protected] us within 5 days with a date of pause and recommence.
Cancellation by Monad Centre	Full refund, transfer, or credit provided within 14 days. Clients notified as soon as possible.
Minimum numbers not met	Participants will be notified and client may choose a refund or credit to the next session.

Policy 4: Circles and Forum (In-Person or Online)

Single Session Bookings	12+ hours’ notice: transfer to another class (valid 1 month). Less than 12 hours or no-show: no refund or transfer.
3 Circle or Forum Packs No extension to expired pack	Valid for 6 months from purchase. No refunds after purchase. Cancellation notice for card bookings operate the same as a Single Session Booking above. Pause to card can be made by email [email protected] us within 5 days with a date of pause and recommence.
Cancellation by Monad Centre	Full refund, transfer, or credit provided within 14 days. Clients notified as soon as possible.
Minimum numbers not met	Participants will be notified and client may choose a refund or credit to the next session.

Policy 5: Privacy and Communication

Bookings may be made via www.monadcentre.com or call Intl: +61 411 199 032 | Australia: 0411 199 032. Payments accepted by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal (American Express not accepted). Refunds processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

SMS Reminder: You will receive text reminders 48 and 24 hours before your session (in-person or online). Reply YES to confirm or NO to reschedule; we will follow up with you personally. Reminders are sent between 8 am – 8 pm AWST as part of professional service communication. To opt out, email [email protected].

Privacy & Communication: Monad Centre complies with the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact details are used only for essential communication such as confirmations and reminders. All data is securely stored and never shared with third parties. You may withdraw consent for service communications anytime by emailing [email protected] .

Policy 6: Photography & Recording

Photographs or short videos may be taken during events or classes for marketing or community sharing. To opt out, email [email protected] at least 24 hours before your session or inform us upon arrival.

Hardship & Exceptional Circumstances

We honour that life can bring unexpected challenges. If you experience genuine hardship (illness, bereavement, family crisis), please reach out. We will work with you to find a compassionate solution that honours your needs and our practice sustainability.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these policies excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our services and work ethics are heart and client centred.
