Mental Health Planning and Wellness Coaching is an in person or online service offering structured, practical support for those navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, life transition or emotional overwhelm. Together we create a steady recovery plan that strengthens resilience, restores confidence and supports meaningful change. This work combines mental health planning, reflective guidance and compassionate accountability to help you move forward with clarity and stability.

This service works well alongside counselling, medical care and community support. It also helps when you are moving from treatment back into daily life and need structure and direction. We use step by step planning to organise daily tasks in a way that eases stress. These plans help when anxiety, burnout or depression make life feel heavy and unmanageable.

Everyone reaches breaking points at some stage. Planning helps you breathe through the pressure. It helps you remember self care and create a network of support around you. Healing is a shared journey with family, friends, community and various healthcare providers as a support network walking along side you on your healing path.

A personalised and flexible approach

Your experiences shape how recovery unfolds. Each session adapts to where you are on the day. There is no pressure to share everything. There is no expectation to move quickly. You choose the pace.

How sessions work

We begin with a few quiet moments to arrive into the space. From there we work together to create supportive plans.

These may include:

  • Recovery plans that clarify strengths and priorities
  • Self care and Wellness plans for personal care
  • Safety plans for times of distress
  • Advocacy support to communicate needs with services or family
  • Simple mindful practices to for overall wellbeing

These plans are simple and practical to begin sustainable healthy selfcare life routines. They also help your support network understand how to walk with you.

Your Therapist

I am Iva Parker Puie. I have walked a lifelong journey of spiritual practice, inner healing and personal transformation shaped by childhood and intergenerational trauma. This lived experience is supported by training in counselling, mental health coaching and energy healing.

This combined pathway allows me to meet you where you are. It supports the emotional physical mental and spiritual layers of your healing.

Prepaid Wellness Packs are offered for those seeking consistency and depth in their healing journey. Regular, ongoing sessions allow space to work and move through deeper-seated patterns and long-standing challenges, supporting steadier progress and more sustainable change over time. These packs are suited to those who value continuity allowing therapy to unfold at a pace that supports integration, recovery, and lasting benefit.

The Wellness Packs allows us to integrate the 5 therapies we offer to provide selfcare and support tailored to your needs during our sessions.

All therapies are offered by appointment only. First select and purchase your chosen therapy. Once your booking is received, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable session time.

At this stage of our reopening, therapy sessions are primarily offered on Saturdays and Sundays as we gradually move back to weekly services this year.
