I have always experienced nature as alive and responsive. Flowers, trees and stones have been companions throughout my life. Their presence guided me through difficult passages, helped me return to myself when I felt fragmented, and taught me how to listen beneath thought and emotion.
This sensitivity continues to shape the way I live and the way I support others in their healing.
Monad Divine Essences grew naturally from this relationship. There was never a plan to create a range. The essences revealed themselves over time through tending the garden, sitting in stillness, and paying attention to the subtle inner movements that arose when certain flowers were ready to speak.
A Living Range of Elixirs
Monad Divine Essences is a range of flower and crystal elixirs created to support emotional balance, inner clarity, and soul remembrance.
Each essence arises through presence, not method. The flowers and crystals are not regarded as tools. They are honoured as living teachers and participants in the healing process.
This range has unfolded slowly over many seasons. It reflects the life we live close to the Earth and the ongoing path of healing, integration, and return to the quiet Self.
An Ethical and Evolved Crafting Process
In 2022 we began creating flower essences using traditional methods, gathering flowers from our garden and preparing them in spring water under the sun. Only a small number of flowers were required to create a mother stock that could provide many years of remedies.
As we explored the possibility of working with native flowers, we became aware of the legal and ethical considerations involved in harvesting from natural bushland. It felt important to find a way of working that honoured both the flowers and the environment.
Then, while meditating in the garden one morning, a different approach revealed itself.
I received an image of placing a bottle of pure spring water amongst the flowers, allowing the water to receive the essence through presence, light, and resonance rather than through the removal of flowers.
The flowers remain untouched. They continue to feed bees, support insects, and hold their place within the ecology of the land. This approach allows us to work gently with both garden and native flowers while reflecting our commitment to living in relationship with nature rather than extracting from it.
The crystals are not chosen in a deliberate sense. They make themselves known. Their presence is recognised intuitively, a quiet invitation that brings coherence and grounding to each essence.
Once the flower’s signature has been received, the essence is preserved using locally sourced organic unwooded brandy, allowing the delicacy of the flower presence to remain clear and gentle.
A Multi-Layered Field of Creation
What makes Monad Divine Essences unique is the way each elixir is created within a multi-layered energetic field.
At the guidance of the flowers themselves, the preparation may take into account:

How the Essences Support Healing
Monad Divine Essences can be used within counselling, mentoring, meditation, or personal practice. They support emotional release, clearer inner listening, and a softening into presence. Their effect is gentle. They do not push. They invite.
Flower essences are recognised as gentle emotional and energetic supports. They contain a highly diluted imprint of the flower and crystal and are preserved in a small amount of locally sourced organic unwooded brandy.
Because of this, they have no known contraindications and may be taken alongside other therapies or medications. Their role is not to treat or replace medical or psychological care. Instead, they support the subtle process of emotional integration and inner clarity.
