I have always experienced nature as alive and responsive. Flowers, trees and stones have been companions throughout my life. Their presence guided me through difficult passages, helped me return to myself when I felt fragmented, and taught me how to listen beneath thought and emotion. This sensitivity continues to shape the way I live and the way I support others in their healing.
Monad Divine Essence Elixirs (Elixirs) grew naturally from this relationship. There was no plan to create a range. The essences revealed themselves over time through tending our garden, sitting in stillness and paying attention to subtle inner movements that arose when certain flowers were ready to speak.
The Elixirs is a range of flower and crystal blends created to support emotional balance, inner clarity and soul remembrance. Each essence has presented itself in the tending of our garden and walking in nature over many seasons. The flowers and crystals are honoured as living teachers and participants in the healing are collaborating together.
It reflects the life we live close to the Earth and the ongoing path of healing, integration and return to the quiet Self.
An Ethical and Evolved Crafting Process
In the early years, essences were created by gathering petals into water. Over time, a more sustainable and gentle process revealed itself. While sitting with the flowers in stillness, I received the image to place a bottle of pure spring water among the flowers, allowing the water to receive the essence through presence, light and resonance rather than removal.
The flowers remain untouched. They continue to feed bees, support insects and hold their place in the ecology of the land. This method allows us to prepare essences from both our garden and the surrounding bushland without harming or disturbing the living environment. It is a way of working that reflects our commitment to minimal harm and to living in relationship rather than extraction.
Crystals used in the essence field are not selected in a choosing sense. They make themselves known. Their presence is recognised intuitively, a quiet invitation. Crystals hold the memory and structure of deep Earth time and offer coherence and grounding to the elixirs.
Once the flower’s signature has been received, the essence is preserved with locally sourced organic unwooded brandy made specifically for flower essence. This type of brandy is light in profile and does not carry the heavy taste or darker tone of oak-aged varieties. It supports the delicacy of the flower presence and allows the elixir to remain clear and gentle.
