Heartline News -A gentle closing of 2025
December 2025 – Issue 2
Dear community,
As the year comes to its close, we are beginning to slow down. December has a way of doing that. It eases some things and brings others closer to the surface. For many, it is not an easy month. It can carry joy and warmth, but also reflection, tenderness, and feelings that have been waiting to be met. Wherever you find yourself right now, please know you are held gently in our thoughts as we write. We are all moving through change together.
Much of our time lately has been spent listening, often in solitude and reflection. We are tuning in more deeply to what feels true now, and to how the Monad Centre wants to move forward after a long season of inward living. The website is slowly taking shape, and we feel genuinely excited about what it is becoming. Not because it is finished, but because it feels alive with possibility. This stage is creative and mindful. We are allowing it to unfold, rather than pushing it into form.
There is a strong sense for us that we are working within a new rhythm, one that reflects the wider shifts many people are sensing in their own lives and in the world around them. Something is changing in how support, connection, and meaning are being sought. Something is also changing in us. Balance and presence are the two words that continue to guide our decisions. Words, images, and the way things are offered now need to carry integrity depth and heart-led. Much quiet refinement is happening behind the scenes as we listen again and ensure what we offer feels aligned with those it is meant to serve.
Alongside this, I have recently completed a full year of study in the Diploma of Mental Health. This journey has been grounding and affirming in ways I did not fully anticipate. It gave language and structure to what has always lived at the heart of our work. Healing is not about fixing people, but about walking with them back to their own inner steadiness and resource. This learning will now weave into our therapy offerings, bringing greater clarity, practical tools, and thoughtful recovery planning and support.
As we begin to open the doors again, slowly and with care, a few offerings are now ready to be shared.
We will be returning to the Avon Valley for our Winter Nurturing and Renewal Retreat, held from 17–19 July at Moondyne. These weekends are close to our hearts, offering space to rest, breathe, and reconnect in nature without expectation.
Our Spring Soul Radiance Weekend will follow from 26–28 September, aligned with the Cancer Full Moon. This gathering is shaped as a time of gentle renewal and integration, a soft turning toward what is ready to come forward.
We are also reopening our Full Moon Gatherings, now held in Duncraig at the Yoga Corner.
The next circles will be:
Saturday 3 January, 3.00–4.00pm, Cancer Full Moon
Saturday 31 January, 3.00–4.00pm, Leo Full Moon
These gatherings are intimate and carefully held. Booking and payment are essential prior to attending. Bookings close twelve hours before each session to support calm starts and reduce disruption at the door. When you book, you will receive a confirmation along with a guideline outlining how these circles are now being held.
Meditation classes will also be returning in January.
Tuesday evenings from 20 January, 7.30-8.30pm, Duncraig
Sunday mornings from 25 January, 3.00-4.00pm, Alexander Heights
Online meditation will recommence March, date and time to be set. This will be the first of these classes offered across Australia and New Zealand.
We have also created a private Monad Centre Meditation WhatsApp group. This provides a simple way to share class updates and receive attendance confirmations. Once the website is launched, all class bookings will move fully online. Attendance will be by pre-booking only, with bookings closing twelve hours before a class commences.
Therapies are now open again and are currently offered on weekends. Weekday sessions will phase in gradually as this new rhythm settles.
The reopening of our services through 2026 will be gradual and considered, with clear structures in place to support sustainability. Updates will continue to be shared through Heartline News and our social media channels until the website is live.
More than anything, this season has reminded us that what truly matters is not how much we do, but how we live what we know. Sitting together. Listening. Allowing silence, laughter, and conversation to unfold without needing an outcome. These moments are not small. They shape us. They steady us. They remind us that being human is something we are meant to do together.
Thank you for staying connected with us through this time. Your presence, even quietly, has mattered more than you may realise. We look forward to stepping into the New Year with you, gently, honestly, and without rush.
With deep love and gratitude
Iva and Neil
