Heartline News – New Website and New Location
March 2026 – Issue 3
Dear Soul Family
A New Website A New Location
The first months of this year have moved so quickly, and somehow Autumn in its grounding and releasing ways gently crept in.
The January and February Heartline News never quite made their way out as much of our time was devoted to finalising the new website alongside our web designer. Over recent months it has been a steady learning curve understanding all the moving parts behind the scenes, from bookings and onboarding through to forms, emails, and reminders.
The website officially went live in mid February and continues to be refined as it is used. Your feedback has already helped shape improvements and opened the way for new features as needs arise.
Over time, we hope to continue expanding our online offerings across Australia and New Zealand as we slowly re-establish ourselves here in Perth.
We invite you to wander through the pages and take your time with it. The site grew slowly over many months, and its foundation is heart. This year we sense is one of nurturing connection with community and refining what is now shared through the new website as our Virtual Centre.

A Few Things to Know
There is now more structure in how everything sits, while still allowing all services to connect and support the deeper return to self.
If you are booking a therapy session, you will now receive your client form and onboarding information by email before your appointment so you feel prepared and know what to expect.
Wellness Packs and meditation passes can now be booked directly online using your booking code, with all purchases and credits accessible through the Your Account area on the website.
Retreats and courses also include preparation information beforehand to support a more settled arrival into the experience.
Our New Location
We are now welcoming clients and meditation groups into our new space at:
ECU Business and Innovation Centre
15 Barron Parade, Joondalup
Last Sunday we held our first Meditation Foundations 1 Day Course there. There was a lovely ease in the space. The room felt intimate, and the outdoor area gave us a place to sit in the sun and share lunch together.
Working from a hired space now allows us to continue offering what we do in a more sustainable and manageable way, while still having access to beautiful facilities, therapy rooms, and quiet outdoor areas.
The Centre is only a short walk from Joondalup train and bus station and shopping precinct, with free street parking available on weekends.

Therapies and Wellness Pathways Support
Therapies are now open again, with greater focus on Wellness Pathways that support steadier and more sustainable change over time.
This work has never really been about quick relief or one off sessions. Real change tends to unfold gradually through commitment, awareness, support, and continuity.
At the same time, we are aware many people are navigating financial pressure right now. Where there is genuine intention and shared responsibility, we are always open to a conversation and will help where we can.
If you feel drawn to the work but are unsure where to begin, you are welcome to book a complimentary Discovery Call through the website.
Meditation Journey
Our meditation gatherings have resumed, and naturally the spaces are becoming smaller and more intimate.
There has been a quiet shift within them. Less coming to receive, more sitting together in shared presence.
The circle feels different now. More settled. Each person contributing simply by being there.
It no longer feels like a space we are holding alone. It is a space naturally held by those who gather within it.
Heart Presence Meditation has now gently evolved into Heart Presence & Soul Living Circle, which will begin as a monthly gathering from June.
As the therapy room started seeing people it became clear that many people were seeking not only meditation, but also deeper understanding, reflection, and grounded conversation around the inner changes and shifts they are experiencing within themselves and their lives.
This new circle will offer a space for heart centred meditation, reflective discussion, soul-centred learning, and supportive community as we continue exploring more conscious and meaningful ways of living.

Retreats
Our Winter and Spring Retreats continue to slowly take shape behind the scenes.
As the Centre continues evolving through this new season of growth, we have chosen to move the retreats into next year to allow more spaciousness in their planning and development.
Rather than rushing their return, we are taking the time to create retreats that feel deeply aligned with the heart and direction of Monad as it now unfolds.
These gatherings will remain simple spaces for stillness, soul care, reflection, restoration, reconnection, and time away from the constant movement of daily life.
More details will be shared in the months ahead.
Entering Autumn
The final weeks of summer were full. Completing the website alongside a full year of study brought a long season of focus to a close.
Now, as Autumn arrives, there is a natural turning inward. A quieter invitation to slow down, restore, and allow things to settle.
We are letting what has been built breathe for a while. There is no rush to keep pushing forward.
Autumn reminds us that growth is not always found in constant movement. There is wisdom in stillness, and strength in allowing space.

Gratitude and continuity
We feel deep gratitude for all who have walked with us over the years. Some for a short time, some for many years. Some still here, others moving on. Each person has shaped this work in ways both seen and unseen.
To those who have moved on, we wish you well.
To those walking with us now, thank you for the steadiness you bring.
To those just arriving, we look forward to meeting you.
Our intention remains the same.
To walk alongside people as they return to the heart of who they are, and learn to live from there in their own quiet way.
With love and appreciation,
Iva and Neil
