Heartline News – Spring and a New Season

September 2026 – Issue 7

Dear Soul Family

what’s taking shape at Monad

We hope winter has given you some time to slow down, reflect, let go of a few things or simply take care of yourself.

We let July and August pass quietly while we focused on home, our work and the people finding their way to us at our new location. Sometimes there simply isn’t the space to do everything, and we are learning to be okay with that.

Now spring has arrived and there is a sense of movement again. Our meditation groups are gradually building, our work with clients continues to deepen and some of the things we sat with over winter are beginning to find their place.

It feels like a good time to reconnect and share a little of what has been moving through our world.

Your in our hearts

This year we have been meeting so many people doing it hard. We are seeing people carrying a great deal of stress, uncertainty and overwhelm.

So this is simply a reminder for all of us. Everything we experience has a use by date. It comes into our lives, we move through it, and eventually it passes.

When life becomes overwhelming, sometimes we need to leave what isn’t working alone for a little while and bring our attention back to what is real right now. Focus on what is going right and what you have right now.

The people we love. Our home. Our garden. Our animals. A friend who cares. A tree outside the window. The morning sun. A cup of tea. The simple fact that another day has arrived.

Lean into whatever you deeply believe in. God, Spirit, the Creator, your own spiritual faith, or simply that deeper place within yourself that knows there is more to life than what you are experiencing in this moment.

You don’t have to work everything out today. May you find something good to hold onto today.

Returning to Nature

At the end of August we stepped away for two weeks to enjoy the spring tide and give back to nature, sharing the blessings of the August Pisces–Virgo Full Moon.

On the first morning of spring we woke to kookaburras, a mirror-still lake, silent trees and birds, and land nourished by the rain. There was nowhere we needed to be and nothing we needed to do. Even the rain was music to our ears. The words that came were simply, nature meeting nature, life meeting life.

Those two weeks gave us time to walk, sit and listen. An old childhood image of a lighthouse returned with a different understanding. I had always associated the lighthouse with helping and guiding others. This time I realised that a lighthouse doesn’t enter the storm trying to rescue everyone. It simply stands and shines its light, allowing those looking for it to find their own way home.

There was something very freeing in that understanding, and I feel Monad is moving in this direction too.

Form I AM to WE ARE

Something has been emerging through our Full Moon Circles and community conversations. Much of our personal development and healing begins with the individual, but at some point that inner work begins to move outward.

Our recent Full Moon Circle brought this into focus through the movement from I AM into WE ARE.

We are seeing people reconnecting with community, supporting local growers and businesses, sharing skills and resources, and becoming clearer about the kind of communities they want to live in.

This is part of what many of us are being called towards now. Bringing what we have learned individually back into our families, friendships and communities. There is something powerful that happens when people who have found their own feet begin standing together.

A More Integrated Way of Supporting You

We have made some changes to our therapy and Wellness Pathways so they better reflect how I work as an Integrated Holistic Practitioner.

Rather than working through one modality alone, I draw from Counselling, Mental Health and Life Coaching, Spiritual Mentoring, Flower Essence Therapy, Energy Healing and other areas of support according to what each person needs. Our longer Wellness Pathways also provide greater flexibility when support extends into the family.

We have added Personal Reflection and Integration Summaries and Personal Numerology and Astrology Reflections to help people continue working with what emerges between sessions.

Looking Ahead

From October you may notice some changes across our social media as Amanda and her Creative Warrior team come on board to manage our social media, Google and digital marketing. I will continue working alongside them as they get to know the heart of Monad, while still sharing my own reflections and posts. Their support will free me to spend more time developing workshops, mini retreats, and community healing sessions, our Flower & Crystal Essences and the Monad Living Wisdom Collection.

Our time at ECU Business and Innovation Centre has also connected us with other businesses in the wellness space who share a similar vision. Our dream of having a Centre hasn’t disappeared, and a collaborated wellness Centre is beginning to feel like a more realistic possibility where like-minded businesses can share the space, costs and responsibilities. This also frees us to live our own lives along side what we love doing for community.

Nothing is decided, as we are allowing things to evolve in their own timing.

If you haven’t visited our social pages for a while, come and reconnect with us there. We will be sharing more regularly about what’s happening at the Centre, upcoming services and events, and our personal reflections and messages.

With love and blessings,
Iva and Neil
