Heartline News – Through the lens of the Soul

Dear Soul Family

Autumn Reflection

Autumn has always felt like a season of reflection, a season where life gently invites us to pause and appreciate what has been learned through the living of it.

Over recent months many visible changes have been taking place within the Centre. The website continues to evolve, services are being refined, new writing is emerging, and meditation offerings continue to grow.

Yet as I sit quietly with all that has been unfolding, I realise these changes are not the story.

They are the reflection of a deeper shift taking place within.

Coming Home

“As attention came home within myself, it also came home within my relationship, my writing, my work, and the Centre itself.”

Stepping away from full time employment created the space and stillness to recognise that what we had been seeking was already present.

The soul was not arriving, it had always been present, but what had changed was that our attention was finally home in it.

In this season of slowing down, Neil and I also found ourselves returning to something precious. After years of building, helping, and carrying the responsibilities of life, we realised how easily the sacred space between two people can be overlooked.

In the stillness we remembered each other again, not as roles or responsibilities, but as two souls who had once deeply met. Perhaps this too was part of coming home.

Through the Lens of the soul

As my relationship with myself changed, the website, Wellness Pathways, writing, and even my relationship with social media began reflecting that same shift.

I found myself repeatedly returning to pages I thought were finished, not because they were wrong, but because they no longer reflected what was now being seen. The Wellness Pathways, which had quietly sat in the background for years, naturally revealed themselves as the individual therapies found their place within a greater whole.

What once felt like separate parts began revealing their relationship to one another. Nothing was forced.

Reflections from the heart

At the same time I found myself no longer wanting to communicate in the ways I once had. The need to teach, guide, inspire, motivate, or maintain a presence gradually gave way to something quieter.

What emerged was Reflections from the Heart. Not as a strategy or platform, but as a simple sharing of what life was revealing through everyday moments, a conversation, a memory, a walk in nature, or a tree carrying the wisdom of its seasons.

In many ways this writing has taught me the difference between mind and heart. The mind often seeks clarity through explanation. The heart begins with clarity and simply expresses what it sees.

a story waiting to be told

Alongside these reflections another thread quietly resurfaced.

As a young girl I carried a knowing that one day I would write a story that had never been told. Looking back now, I realise the story was never waiting to be written. It was waiting to be lived.

Every experience, challenge, awakening, and season of remembering was gathering something. Only now does it feel as though those threads have woven themselves into a deeper clarity.

This is where the phrase Through the Lens of the Soul emerged from.

I realised I was no longer looking at life through the story of the person alone, but through the awareness that had quietly witnessed the story all along.

Different Way of seeing

“The Centre is no longer something we are building. It feels more like something we are witnessing unfold.”

Perhaps the greatest change of all is that we no longer see the Centre as a collection of separate services. There is a wholeness in the way the landscape is now appearing.

What once looked like many different pathways now feels like a single movement expressing itself in different forms. The therapies, meditation gatherings, circles, retreats, writing, and conversations all seem to arise from the same source and return to the same place.

Like a lighthouse casting its light across the shoreline, a deeper clarity has begun revealing the connections that were always there. What once appeared separate now feels woven together within a greater pattern.

The Centre is no longer something we are building. It feels more like something we are witnessing unfold. A living expression of the same journey that continues to teach us through learning, remembering, appreciating, and discovering what has always been present beneath the surface.

While these offerings may support others, the deeper gift has been the opportunity to see life more clearly and to participate consciously in its unfolding.

Life expressing itself through life.

Looking ahead

“Yet there is a growing feeling that something timeless is seeking expression through the changing landscape of human life.”

As we move toward winter, there is a growing sense that a new chapter is quietly opening within the Awaken Collective and within the wider world around us.
Not because something new is being created.

But because something that has always been present is finally being seen more clearly.

There is a quiet joy in witnessing this unfolding. A sense of participating in a deeper co-creativity that seems to be emerging naturally through many hearts and lives at this time.

What may yet appear in the outer world through this organic unfolding remains largely unknown. Yet there is a growing feeling that something timeless is seeking expression through the changing landscape of human life.

The Centre will continue evolving.
The writing will continue emerging.
The journey will continue unfolding.

One reflection at a time.

With love and appreciation,
