Heartline News – The Quiet Consolidation of Winter

June 2026 – Issue 6

Dear Soul Family

Discovering the Heart of Monad

We hope you are enjoying this grounding season for inner care and re-energizing.

Winter has always been for us a quiet season to retreat into quiet spaces, regenerate and enjoy solitude with nature. It’s a time to ground into inner care, quietude and listen deeply.

In the stillness of the cold and rainy days, life has gently been revealing the many threads that have quietly been weaving over the years into a tapestry we are only beginning to see. It has been a season of quiet consolidation.

Its now June exactly 1 year since I began the build of the Monad’s new home, the website.  In the recent weeks I have been asking myself why, at this stage of my life, have I spent so much time building a website when I can retreat into a quiet life exploring new rooms that are now open to experience?

During a recent winter outing at Noble Falls, listening to the stream, the answer quietly distilled in images, memories and knowing. We have not simply been building a business, a Centre, a website, or a place to offer therapies, meditation and events. We have been discovering the hear of Monad.

Monad a place for family there are no strangers

When Neil and I first opened Monad Centre of Balance in 2015, we began with a space. We affectionately called it Monad. Every chair, painting, crystal, plant and piece of furniture was chosen with care because everything carried an energy that had to create harmony. We wanted people to feel the healing welcome as they stepped into Monad’s sacred space.

We were creating it for family reunion and support, not for a community of strangers. Over the past year we haven’t simply been building a website. We have been carrying the spirit of Monad into its new home.

Every page, every image, every reflection and every conversation has become another room within that home. Just as we once carefully created the physical Centre, I have found myself doing exactly the same online, sitting with the words until they feel true, choosing images that carry the feeling I want people to experience, and allowing every part of the website to slowly find its place.
I don’t feel that process is finished. I don’t think it ever will be.
Just as we continue to grow, so too will the spaces that hold us.

This year another piece quietly found its place

As an Integrated Holistic Therapist I naturally qualified in 5 fields of Healing that drew my heart and interest.  Each study helped me understand another aspect of being human.  They sit on a foundation of over 45 years of deep inner work, spiritual studies, learning and embodying the growth of the inner journey.

Over time they have woven themselves together into one integrated way of supporting people. Whatever therapy you choose other aspects of the modalities and lived experience naturally weave into a session to meet the needs that arise.

This year another piece quietly found its place. Healing is something much greater than helping one individual. Every person we support is part of a family, a workplace, a community and a culture. As one heart opens, something within the collective begins to shift as well.

The reflection summaries now part of therapy sessions and recordings of meditation and circles are now ongoing resources we now provide. They help continue the conversations and learning beyond the therapy room, the meditations and the Circle, gently supporting people to bring what they have discovered into daily living. It is there, in the living of it, that healing deepens and becomes a lived, sustainable experience.

Continue the Journey

If this month’s reflection resonates with you, you may enjoy exploring the new additions to our healing services below. The Circle was warmly received when it opened in June.

Wellness Pathways
A personalised journey that brings together our therapies, mentoring, meditation and ongoing support, allowing healing to gently unfold through everyday living.

Heart Presence and Soul Living Circle
A monthly gathering of meditation, reflection and shared conversation for those wishing to deepen their understanding of themselves and live more consciously from the heart.

Meditation Library
Our Meditation Library is quietly growing through recordings of our weekly Inner Quiet Meditation classes, monthly Full Moon Meditations, and Heart Presence and Soul Living Circle.

At present, these recordings are shared with our meditation and Circle community to support their ongoing practice between gatherings.

As the library continues to grow, we will explore making it available through the Monad website as a subscription service, allowing members to enjoy these recordings in their own time while supporting the continued growth of this shared resource.

To heal and evolve an enlightened and loving community

Everything is connected. This winter has reminded us that life doesn’t always ask us to create something new.

Sometimes it asks us to become still enough to recognise what is already there, quietly growing. Our vision has remained the same since the beginning.

To heal and evolve an enlightened and loving community

Today those words feel less like a vision for the future and more like an ideal finding expression in the way we choose to live, the way we meet one another, and the spaces we continue to create together.

As I write these words, I feel gratitude for everyone who has walked beside us over these years.

And gratitude for the quiet wisdom of winter, which has reminded us that sometimes understanding arrives long after the journey has already begun.

May this season offer you the same gift. A little quieter. A little more space. And the gentle recognition that something beautiful has already been growing within you.

With love and blessings,
Iva and Neil
