Heartline News -A quiet return!
November 2025 – Issue 1
Dear community,
It feels like it has been a while since we sat together in this way without an agenda or planning, but just simple spontaneous heart sharing. As I write to you now, I imagine we are gathered in a circle or sitting in nature with a cuppa enjoying likeminded conversations, laughter and that ease you feel when you’re in caring company. These are memories we carry of all we have shared together so how have you truly been and where is life leading you now?
Our colourful collage is a little window into our slowing down and listening time out. When the Centre stepped back in July 2023 we thought it might be a brief pause. We kept one meditation class going and tended to a few therapeutic sessions when people reached out. We scaled down operation for what we sense was an end and a new direction. What followed was not a pause we planned, it was a calling to let go and let life speak to us again.
I visited family in New Zealand and Brisbane rediscovering what presence feels like when it is not directed toward work but connection. I returned to study completing my Diploma in Mental Health this December. It confirmed what we already knew and central to the Centre’s services. Healing is a heart and client centred approach, a respect and honouring of lived experiences and it is walking another home to their inner spring of resource, where they can sustain wellbeing from within. It gave language and structure that can help those transitioning from mental to heart-led healing and a way into recovery planning.
Neil also spent more time enjoying deeper connection with his children and family. His creativity found a new lease in making, fixing and tending things around our home. He set up a little workbench created practical pieces for the garden and enjoyed working with his hands in all his little projects. His presence in what he loved reminded me that healing doesn’t always happen in therapy rooms. Sometimes it happens in the way we care for the resources that bring comfort to our lives, such as our home, the land, and how we share our lives and wisdom with others and our next generation.
Together we planted a small vegetable and herb garden that was on our bucket list. Each time we stepped outside to gather greens we felt the joy of harvesting what we grew and of course the taste was a real treat. It reminded us that healing is not a moment it is a lived practice nurtured daily through simple acts of care. Our home eased into a peaceful sanctuary with pieces of furnishings, pictures, crystals and plants merging the community vibe and Centre’s life into our home. We became comfortable in silence allowing space for regeneration.
What has been distilling and now unfolding is not a return to the Centre as it once was. We will no longer work from one fixed location. We will collaborate with aligned spaces when we are locally present. And when life calls us across the sea it will be in New Zealand among family and collaborating with aligned spaces there. Much of the work will continue online not as a substitute but as a way to stay connected with you even when geography shifts. The new website launching before Christmas was created with this intention at heart. It will gently support practical needs such as bookings payment plans and access to session and program resources so we can remain focused on the community connection rather than administrative tasks.
Our offerings are slowly returning through natural readiness rather than schedule. The One Day Meditation Foundations Course will be one of the first of events to kick off in February and March 2026. It offers a gentle re-entry into stillness for those seeking to stabilise or renew their inner practice. Next year we will reintroduce our Winter and Spring Soul care Weekend Retreats in the Avon Valley that will be ready for book ins when our new website is launched. These retreats are designed for rest contemplation and renewal in nature. They will hold space not for doing but for being.
Meditation and mindfulness circles will resume both online and in person kicking off with reconnection sessions advertised soon. Individual sessions in therapy counselling and mentoring are once again available and will reflect the integrated approach we have been cultivating bringing together mental health frameworks soul guidance and practical recovery planning. The Life Library is our learning and reflection online resource supporting health recovery to spiritual wellbeing. Included in the Library will be a Client Resource Hub supporting therapeutic client’s healing journeys. Heartline News will continue as a monthly touchstone to be in touch and support our community.
We are also slowly shaping a collection of flower and crystal remedies that carry the essence of our work. In 2022, four Blends were introduced in-house and continue to sell through 3 healthcare stockists. The collection will be launch publicly in the New Year alongside other products we are creating. These products will emerge in their own rhythm and will align with the intention of the Centre to support gentle healing and inner clarity.
More than anything what is returning now is not activity but alignment. We are no longer working simply to help people cope. Our focus is now on supporting them to live and embody what has been remembered. We are here to walk alongside those who are ready to live what they have already remembered within and embody what they have learned from their healing journeys.
If you feel something stir as you read this a quiet yes or a soft familiarity you are welcome to reach out. We will meet you in the same way we now live slowly truthfully and without urgency. And if this is not the right time for you know that the connection is not dependent on movement. It rests in remembrance.
Your Soul is not waiting to be found. It is waiting to be remembered.
What has grown quietly in you during your own stillness?
Thank you for holding us in heart as we have held you in ours during this time of inward living. Your quiet trust gave space for this next stage to unfold naturally. We step into 2026 to begin a new chapter of heart-led living with you.
When one soul remembers it lights the way for many.
With warmth and deep love
